Your screen is made up by tiny leigths. Who shine and create white by overlaping / combining. It gets a bit deeper wen we come to different wave lengths and how they come to be. But black and white both can be all the colors xD

If anyone is in a similar situation, ask for help if you can, and if you can't, just try to hold on. I promise it'll be alright eventually, you just have to get through this and wait until you're in a situation where you can get the help you need.
