His content is the perfect distraction to bring my panic down. On my really bad mental health days (which can happen a lot for me with chronic pain ((IBS)) and a panic disorder) I binge watch Brad while I wait in pain and hysteria for the pain/anxiety meds to kick in and honestly I can’t thank Brad enough for how uplifted loved and strong he makes me feel. His content is the perfect distraction to bring my panic down. I wish one day I could meet him and thank him for everything he’s done for me and being a positive light I can turn to when I need some sort of comfort. It means the world to me.

I get you tho. Like Brad Mondo will always say you are beautiful regardless if he sees you or not and I think that's beautiful. All my life, my mom like never told me I'm beautiful. I want it to not bother me (as my mom also taught me that looks aren't everything) but deep down, it does cause my mom would just easily say "you're beautiful" to others and even my cousin (who my mom like almost never really interact as my family live the other side of the earth from the rest of the family tree).
