I've never been a big ABBA fan and I was born years after their breakup. But man, these new songs are so amazing, I can't stop listening to them over and over. They fill me with nostalgia for a time I haven't actually lived in
Sweden, Sweden, Sweden, what talents you create! What is it with this little country in the North? Answer: one of their treasures is / has been that they have a natural aptitude for singing and for music in general. It is in their genes. See for example "allsång på Skansen", Stockholm, where they meet and sing together once a week in the summertime. ABBA was one of the very first artists to be known outside of Scandinavia. A big hug from Norway, neighbour of Sweden.
After 40 years this song sounds as 100% ABBA, no one else could have written it, nobody could have sung it, but ABBA. They were, and still are, unique!
Setting aside that ABBA's reunion is a miracle, especially for those who were die-hard fans of theirs in the 70's and 80's (despite being laughed at). I am surprised that not more people speak about their emotions to this song. The lyrics are so moving, describing life's lessons and how the four of them overcame the animosity some of them had after they disbanded, and now their common life lesson - from the perspectives of persons in their 70's: That what they shared during their active days was so unique and their bonds, even though both couples divorced, which I am sure caused great pain to each couple, their bonds were bend but never broken. The lyrics also acknowledge how privileged they feel to have shared such an amazing time together. I hear genuine gratitude in this song for the experiences they shared together - this is their home-coming. "Don't Shut Me Down" basically has the same message but that song packaged the message as a literal home-coming. I am glad to have lived to see the day of their reunion. As some other comments state, this is one of the best things that happened in 2021

I could not agree MORE!!! When the group ***OFFICALLY*** disbanded in late (essentially Christmas time) 1983. You could see the animosity between each of the four "players" that made up ABBA.. Agnetha's bitterness started that trend of implosion when she and Bjorn separated at Christmas 1978, and final divorce in June of 1980... She was bitter to the rest of the group. In the end publicity photos are discernably keeping each counterpart of the old couples separated by on or two others from one another.... YEAH, they grew UNIVERSES wide, to be able to come back together 4 decades on! --- Yeah, this was a total miracle!
@@johnmaxwell8655 great assessment of the group and each of them separately. one line especially in dont shut me down agnetha sings when she had left she'd had enough. which is probably very true. you could see the pain in her faces on later videos and in interviews . actually all of them . i guess it was no surprise to all of us that the end was near. as a group they had recorded approx. 100 songs spent countless months creating their masterpieces . did interviews photo shoots. videos and tv appearances a a tour or two. that can take a toll on anyone or any group.. i heard in an interview recently that benny thought they would take a break and maybe later they might come together to sing again but the time passed. weeks went into years, years went into decades until the reunion finally happened. many times i said i hope they can do something before one or them dies etc. and basically benny had said the same thing recently. thank god the bonds they had and the shared experiences and maturity and growth led them to this remarkable reunion not only for them to re-connect but to share all of this with their fans worldwide. god we have missed you, viva ABBA forever!!
I still get goosebumps from this comeback video. I'm 40 years older, too, but still remember my amazement at their talent when I was a young fan. The excitement is still there.
I was born in 1950 same year as Agneta ! Wow ! am I that old now! I hit all the Disco Clubs in New York City back in the 70's and must have danced to "Dancing Queen" a hundred times ! most of my friends did not like Disco music ! But who cares I did and still do! My girlfriend Laila lives in Sollefteå and I hope to see her soon ! Swedes are Wonderful people ! Thank You for your reaction !
I discovered ABBA when I was 18 and instantly fell in love with them. I'm 29 now and this left me out of breath. I cried to be honest. ABBA is a masterpiece.
Diamonds never lose value. ABBA’s music is as precious and as original as diamonds. Their music and their voices are so pure and so healing ❤️🩹, as always! This album is a true miracle 💖💖💖💖
I've heard all the ABBA songs from the 1970s. Many are absolutely amazing, but this particular one is a masterpiece. Amazingly good after so long that the sound is still there.
It is very interesting to watch people reaction to the new ABBA songs... Even those who grew up way after ABBA broke up - still can't help stopping and saying - hey, what is this?... I am not joking, this happened when I was approaching my apartment with this song playing in my phone, and two guys around 15y.o. heard the music and very politely asked me what song is it playing now?... You understand where these gus are and where ABBA are - and if teenage of the twentieth first century are really interested - ABBA are winning. ))
I love it that young people raised mostly on McMusic written by a couple songwriters for music companies, will often be filled with genuine appreciation and enthusiasm when exposed to the real thing. Humans can’t be programmed out of our innate feeling responses to exquisite melody, harmony, rhythm and vocal quality. There is an energetic flooding of the entire experiential field. I’m so glad this came up today. It did me good to connect with all of the beings linked by this song, and so many others. ✌️💕🎶🌎
Iam old enough to remember this incredible group first time round, and this track blew me away and continues to do so, thanks to god for the genius that is ABBA ❤❤❤
I readily admit, when ABBA enter my audio/visual world as a 13-year-old boy in 1974, I started out being in love with those 2 beautiful women who happen to sing songs that delighted me as well. As the years went on, I started to appreciate the music, the lyrics, and who "they" were, even more(and still in love with those lovely ladies). As I get ready to turn 60 in 2 weeks, I listen to this song and it sparks a deep, emotional chord in me relating to my real-life girlfriend, her faith in me, her lasting faith, something I think about(with a tear or two) every time I listen to this song. I truly hope ABBA, its music, its lyrics and certainly my love for those 2 lovely ladies stay with me for the rest of my life. I struggle to find artists or music like this these days, but I'm so thankful I found it years ago and I can play it over and over again... So looking forward to the entire album in a few weeks, it'll be a very Happy 60th birthday present for me.....
The presenter's proud face was what all of us had when we listened to Abba again after 40 years! Then the emotions kicked in and we listened with tears in our eyes! It was priceless his reactions to the ABBAtars!
I feel privileged to have been an ABBA fan from the start. The sheer quality of the music spoke to our hearts. Yes, they got hate. What group doesn't? For me 'The Winner Takes It All' was their best composition. I, like many others was heartbroken when they split. Now, I am over the moon. These two songs are so beautiful, they touch my heart and mind. I'll be crawling over broken glass to get a ticket to these ABBAtars and to listen to a group from my childhood that I've admired for something 46 years.
I just loved your reaction to the Abbatars. The song is beautiful and their voices still so strong are blended so well. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it and seeing your reaction. Thank you.
It doesn't matter how old we are there music will always be the same. They sing through their hearts and relationships together. Everything with Abba will always be them! That's why everybody loves them. It wasn't their costumes it was their voices and fantastic music they produced and still after 40yrs later they still do it.
At age 70 (nearly as old as Agnetha, the youngest member of ABBA), I am one of their original fans. I still have my vinyl ABBA 45's and LPs. I have watched so many ABBA reaction videos. What great fun!!!!! Like you, I was astonished when I got my first glimpse of the Abbatars!!! I think that Frida and Bjorn might be the most true-to-life. In seeing more of the Agnetha abbatar elsewhere on the internet, I noticed that something wasn't quite right, and I think it was her nose, but also the facial expressions. I am not wrong about this, because I have seen the group so many times on shows on tv, and have also had a couple of ABBA magazines. I wonder if they fine-tuned her Abbatar later. Still, the Abbatars are a remarkable accomplishment!!!!
The lower solo voice, of course, is the voice of Frida, who is still amazing at almost 76 years of age(!) Agnetha (71) is also incredible in the other new song: "Don't shut me down". I feel I'm back in my 'twenties' again and I love it. ABBA is so great: "Thank you for the Music" (!)
I am a 69 yr old, New Zealand Fan of ABBA since Their Eurovision debut, and to hear the new music is Amazing, they sound as good now as they did in the 1970s.
I love your reaction. it is exactly the same as mine... First the confusion and then the pure joy of hearing new ABBA. And at the end, the feeling of emotion that they are back.
ABBA is something out of this world!!!! I loved them as a teenager 40 years ago. That love is still alive & real!!!! Congratulations to your new music!!!!
Until now two new ABBA songs have been known, both different in their themes and leading voices And both have the ABBA trademark on their solvency in musical composition and production We know the great spirit of perfection that Björn and Benny impress on their creations, and both new creatures live up to their great successes of the 80s. So the biggest mystery was to know the state of the voices of Agnetha and Frida and how they could react to the inevitable passing of the decades and their possible comparisons with previous classics. And I must also say that they both look very good And in that "look" there is an extraordinary job of caring for Björn and Benny to "take care" of their historical singers, partners and former partners. They gave them two wonderful songs, with beautiful melodies and deep lyrics, but they were also surrounded by the iconic hooks and the appeal to emotional nostalgia "I still have faith in You" is an unpublished song in its conception in the history of ABBA because it is self-referential about them as a group, and it is also testimonial, because they tell us about their experiences in all this time Musically it is a ballad with mystical and epic A stately and majestic piano, and Frida's soft voice conducts and recreates ABBA's story with poignant beauty, with Agnetha joining in some verses to emphasize The sound of the drums arrives (a nod to the mega hit "Fernando") as if preparing the change of rhythm And with a powerful guitar comes that first unpublished chorus, because this time all ABBA sings from the bowels of its history and with the strength of its testimony of life, of healing and togetherness. And in the second chorus, even stronger, it becomes very clear that ABBA sings with the passion and courage that Björn's excellent lyrics stand out, it is like a triumphant song of their survival and their bond. And it ends with a solo by Frida, flawless, with the flutes at the end Also isn't a commercial song (more than 5 minutes) it's so emotional, with a fantastic vídeo of all greatest memories of pictures, official videos of 70s songs and Australia tour ABBA really comes back at high level The world needs ABBA sound
"I still have faith in you" is indeed a bit long to be a normal, commercial song. But it's a great addition to the 'radio DJ needs a toilet break' repertoire! :-) So this song may get played more than we expect. I certainly hope so, anyway.
I'm a huge fan of ABBA and I'm very happy about that this is happening. In 1975 I was happy to see ABBA live i the very small village called Björneborg in Sweden. I can still remember the feeling of that fantastic moment.
Immediate goosebumps here…song has just begun. I agree with you after a minute: Excellent. Warm, deep feeling. I wasn’t an ABBA fan, but I really like this. Thanks, Pontus.
The whole Voyage project is of course amazing! However, for Swedish people at least and for us fans who always were connected to Sweden, the musical genius of Björn and Benny never left you! Remember "Kristina Från Duvemåla" a musical which has even been called a Swedish National Epic and the record breaking 52 (!!) weeks at #1 in the Svensktoppen for "Guldet.Blev Till Sand". And the music of Benny ( and often lyrics by Björn) which has become classics of their own, like "Tröstevisa" one of the most popular songs at funerals. Or the music of BAO with record breaking Svensktoppen Hits like "Du Är Min Man". We can go on and on....😁
This song is like a tribute to what they were and what they want to be again, but, in their second single, ABBA pop appears and with an incredible musical power and voice
No it doesnt break any new ground! Wasnt suppose to. You either like the sound of the band or you dont. I personally was blown away by how wonderful the musical arrangements were on many of the songs and how wonderful a couple of 70 plus year old women can still sound together.
Thanks for the ABBA. As a Swede you should be very proud 🇸🇪 . Make sure to react tp 'Don't Shut Me Down' too. Pretty sure the concert ABBA-tars will be much better but these are great for a music video. And yes ABBA you do still have it in you !!!
Fantastic review, and I like your Swedish accent very much. Forty years in the making... and worth the wait. The Abbatars are incredible and I agree that it's a great comeback song. Voices are lower, but the Abba sounds are all there. Wow indeed.
I'm not impressed that ABBA continue to amaze us, after 40 years of absence this is more than I expected, of course growing old the voices changed a bit, but they stil sound very very good, thei're awsome, bravo ABBA, bravo for the courage to come back I'm sure it was not an easy decision, I've never been disappointed in you, always been your fan and will always be.
WATCHING THE VOYAGE SHOW, I STARTED TO CRY WHEN THEY PLAYED ISHFIY. END OF SHOW PLAYING DON'T SHUT ME DOWN, I DANCED WHILE CRYING HAPPY TEARS. ABBA, THE LEGENDS ARE BACK 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Absolute amazing, I'm in love in every Song from Voyage !!! The Voices of Both Girls are so wonderful ! When I heard the Songs on our Radiostations in Hamburg, I have Tears in my Eyes ! I'm 60 Years now, I Followed them from 1973 ! What a great Idea to come back !!! Wonderful, absolute wonderful....I have still faith in You......4 ! A very Big Kiss, Andy from Hamburg
Pure ABBA! I think it is a beautiful song, brilliantly written and sung. No one else could do this or sound like this! From the info I’ve seen, the show in London is going to be like nothing ever seen before and will leave people speechless.
Their sound is typical "ABBA", that hasn't changed in 40 years time. Amazing. Recently I saw an interview and yes: Frida and Agneta are singing one note lower than before they stopt. As you say: a matter of age (all members of the group are over 70 years of age). I think this is impressive stuff.... Listen to those lyrics: it is their own history they are singing about and I like that.
I appear to have become addicted to reaction videos to the two new songs. I'm not entirely sure what's happened to me! My young self -- that only used to take a break from being depressed/impressed by Dark Side of the Moon to sneer at Abba's glam rock outfits and trivially catchy songs -- would be totally appalled! But age is a funny thing. (Well, apart from the aches & pains, pension worries and the whole 'what have we done to the planet?' thing.) Wisdom kind of sneaks up on you, and I'm now definitely wise enough to know that Abba's story -- so wonderfully captured in this amazing song -- is also partly my story. Our story. Their *incredibly* well crafted songs are part of the soundtrack to our lives whether we think we like them or not. The more we live, the more we experience, the more Abba's deceptively simple but powerfully resonant lyrics mean to us. If we choose to listen. I choose to listen now. My younger self was very impressed by Pink Floyd's... "For long you live and high you fly And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry And all you touch and all you see Is all your life will ever be" Those words are still powerful. Particularly when applied to Abba... they've touched a lot of people for a very long time. Long may they continue! Though if this song continues to make me smile and cry the way it still does I may have to seek counselling! Fortunately that counselling will be cheap and arrives on November the 5th. :-)
Andrew that was one of the best comments I've come across. Pink Floyd's Another brick in the wall stopped Abba's I have a dream getting a Christmas No1 back in 1979 here in the Uk and was I p#$$×d off. I hated the song back then but over the years I have grown to like it and realise that it's bloody good song.😭🎶🎶🙄🤔😎🇬🇧
@@jamesleogue9564 The thing that's really annoying me at the moment is that there's a Christmas song on the new album and no matter how good it is, Ed Sheeran's putting one out with Elton John, so the chances of Abba getting a Christmas number one are vanishing again. I like Ed Sheeran as a person, but his songs bounce off me pretty hard... unlike for half the planet, it seems. Probably the half under 30. :-)
@@andrewmcp7563 it's sad to say but there are alot of people in the music industry that do not want Abba to succeed with their new music/comeback especially the big mogals (because they they will not be personally reaping the benefits financially) , not just the 2nd/3rd rate artists of today. I believe if certain radio stations had given more air time the two new singles they would have achieved higher chart positions. The major big radio station that I listen to hardly gave it any play. I don't understand why these people have the mind set that they have? It's really sad. If Abba don't get to Number 1 with their Christmas track it won't be a big deal as someone once said to me that the record charts today are of very little significance. I'm sure the the Album will be a huge success, I believe that the Web site crashed with people pre-ordering the Album. 🤑🤑🤑😝😝😝🙃😪😪😪🤔🤔🤔😭😭😭👥👥🎶🎶🎶👌🇸🇪🇸🇪🏆🏆🌍🤗🤗
This song makes me cry... I'm not Swede, but I fell in love with them after buying "ABBA Gold" on Vinyl in 92!!! If this is not the event of the decade, I don't know what is....
I was born the during Abba's original run, so I didn't grow up on them and what little I heard didn't compel me. They were the two guy/two gal Swedish group who sing Dancing Queen - was the extent of my knowledge. Then I started getting youtube feeds about a reunion and album, which did compel the hell of me because of the unprecedented time gap. They really do grow on you and the ladies voices are magical. So strong, clear, pitch perfect, with flawless harmony. I can see why they were so popular now. This is a great song, picking back up like they never left.
My reaction was similar to yours when I first saw it on Australian television - WOW!! Our tickets are booked for October next year to see the ABBAtars at the ABBA Arena in London, & I can’t wait! I’m really ill, but am so keen to go - I just hope I’ll manage the awful long haul flight from here to UK, & the excitement. Wish I had the money to fly first class. 😂 Thank you ABBA, & it was great to see footage of your Aussie visit in this video clip. 😍💙💜💜💙🇦🇺

I discovered ABBA when I was 18 and instantly fell in love with them. I'm 29 now and this left me out of breath. I cried to be honest. ABBA is a masterpiece.
I’m with you, man 🥲💕
Istenem! Libabőrös vagyok, és könnyezem. Imádom őket! ❤❤❤❤
💕😍
I was a teenager when they won the Eurovision Song Contest in the 70's. I'll NEVER forget it!! Listening to them still is just incredible!!
ABBA is back !!!🙂❤❤❤❤
Oh yeah!
Perfekter Song, meine Reaktionen waren wie bei Dir, nur mit Gänsehaut.
Danke für das Video.
Danke, Mario 🙏
Diamonds never lose value.
ABBA’s music is as precious and as original as diamonds.
Their music and their voices are so pure and so healing ❤️🩹, as always!
This album is a true miracle 💖💖💖💖
Forty years later, and ABBA still sound amazing. No way in the world did I expect this kind of splendid vocal quality.
Me neither 🤩
The greatest gift for the world in this bad times. Thank you ABBA.
I saw their show in 2022 in London... IT WAS AMAZING!!!
Wow 😮
ABBA are still the best ever group
🤩
I've heard all the ABBA songs from the 1970s. Many are absolutely amazing, but this particular one is a masterpiece. Amazingly good after so long that the sound is still there.
It’s quite amazing 💕
It is very interesting to watch people reaction to the new ABBA songs...
Even those who grew up way after ABBA broke up - still can't help stopping and saying - hey, what is this?... I am not joking, this happened when I was approaching my apartment with this song playing in my phone, and two guys around 15y.o. heard the music and very politely asked me what song is it playing now?... You understand where these gus are and where ABBA are - and if teenage of the twentieth first century are really interested - ABBA are winning. ))
That is an amazing revelation. Thank you for sharing 💕🙏
Really???? 🤔
They are Motzarts of song and hopefully we will have more to come. Welcom back ABBA !!!
We missed you...
Yes we did 💕🤗
Very emotional
Iam old enough to remember this incredible group first time round, and this track blew me away and continues to do so, thanks to god for the genius that is ABBA ❤❤❤
They still have it ,for sure ! good voices never fade away they have mature in a wonderful way their sound it’s there
I think you’re right, Adela 🤩
ABBA Happy Birthday my good friend in music !!!
Well said 💕
The presenter's proud face was what all of us had when we listened to Abba again after 40 years! Then the emotions kicked in and we listened with tears in our eyes! It was priceless his reactions to the ABBAtars!
Thank you 🙏 I’m glad you liked my reaction 👍
far exceeds my high expectations
This was a nice surprise for me 🤗
I feel privileged to have been an ABBA fan from the start.
Hear! Hear!
My first reaction when I saw their video... Two words... MIND BLOWN!
👍
I just loved your reaction to the Abbatars. The song is beautiful and their voices still so strong are blended so well. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it and seeing your reaction. Thank you.
It doesn't matter how old we are there music will always be the same. They sing through their hearts and relationships together. Everything with Abba will always be them! That's why everybody loves them. It wasn't their costumes it was their voices and fantastic music they produced and still after 40yrs later they still do it.
Yes it’s quite remarkable 🤩
I cried like a baby Everytime I watch this song.
🥲
I think it hits real hard because it brings us back to another place in time. Ya know? Great reaction. I teared up. Great times.
Nostalgia for the win 😍
Their voices still beautiful ABBA FOREVER
I think you’re absolutely right💕🤗
At age 70 (nearly as old as Agnetha, the youngest member of ABBA), I am one of their original fans.
The video is really very well-made.
Wow! is all I have to say...
Me too!
It has been very moving to watch you view this video for the first time.
I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I have been to the Abba Voyage show and it’s honestly phenomenal!
Thank you 🙏💕
Stunningly beautiful, once again they have put the smiles back on millions of faces around the world 🌍 ♥
Yes they have 😍
They are sensual, magic with a lot of carisma. I love their voices.♥️
Me too 💕🤗
Very impressive. we now enter immortal pop.....how amazing...again a testament to real talent.....WOW......
Great expression: immortal pop 💕
Oh Wowwwww! Simply. AMAZING! They still have it all, after all these years! What a beautiful comeback song by a still amazing group!
Yes I agree 🤗
I am a 69 yr old, New Zealand Fan of ABBA since Their Eurovision debut, and to hear the new music is Amazing, they sound as good now as they did in the 1970s.
Yes they do 💕
I love your reaction. it is exactly the same as mine... First the confusion and then the pure joy of hearing new ABBA. And at the end, the feeling of emotion that they are back.
I’m so glad you liked it 💕
Amazing - Wonderfull, a perfect Song to Comeback 👍 nothing more to say. 🙂 Greetings from Nuremberg - Germany 🙂
Amazingly amazing 🤩
ABBA is something out of this world!!!! I loved them as a teenager 40 years ago. That love is still alive & real!!!! Congratulations to your new music!!!!
I agree 👍
ABBA ia bringing back the love for
music and music we love and need now.
Oh yes 👏
Until now two new ABBA songs have been known, both different in their themes and leading voices And both have the ABBA trademark on their solvency in musical composition and production
We know the great spirit of perfection that Björn and Benny impress on their creations, and both new creatures live up to their great successes of the 80s.
So the biggest mystery was to know the state of the voices of Agnetha and Frida and how they could react to the inevitable passing of the decades and their possible comparisons with previous classics.
And I must also say that they both look very good
And in that "look" there is an extraordinary job of caring for Björn and Benny to "take care" of their historical singers, partners and former partners. They gave them two wonderful songs, with beautiful melodies and deep lyrics, but they were also surrounded by the iconic hooks and the appeal to emotional nostalgia
"I still have faith in You" is an unpublished song in its conception in the history of ABBA
because it is self-referential about them as a group,
and it is also testimonial, because they tell us about their experiences in all this time
Musically it is a ballad with mystical and epic
A stately and majestic piano, and Frida's soft voice conducts and recreates ABBA's story with poignant beauty,
with Agnetha joining in some verses to emphasize
The sound of the drums arrives (a nod to the mega hit "Fernando") as if preparing the change of rhythm
And with a powerful guitar comes that first unpublished chorus, because this time all ABBA sings from the bowels of its history and with the strength of its testimony of life, of healing and togetherness.
And in the second chorus, even stronger, it becomes very clear that ABBA sings with the passion and courage that Björn's excellent lyrics stand out, it is like a triumphant song of their survival and their bond.
And it ends with a solo by Frida, flawless, with the flutes at the end
Also isn't a commercial song (more than 5 minutes) it's so emotional, with a fantastic vídeo of all greatest memories of pictures, official videos of 70s songs and Australia tour
ABBA really comes back at high level
The world needs ABBA sound
That is one impressive review 👏
"I still have faith in you" is indeed a bit long to be a normal, commercial song. But it's a great addition to the 'radio DJ needs a toilet break' repertoire! :-) So this song may get played more than we expect. I certainly hope so, anyway.
@@Pontus-Osterlin
thanks for your kind words
it's what I feel about ABBA return
Very well written. Thank You for the memories!
I'm a huge fan of ABBA and I'm very happy about that this is happening. In 1975 I was happy to see ABBA live i the very small village called Björneborg in Sweden. I can still remember the feeling of that fantastic moment.
Wow what a great memory 💕 Thanks for sharing 🙏
The expression on your face tells it all !
Thank you !
Abba is for ever , from my perspective.
Thank you 🙏
Immediate goosebumps here…song has just begun. I agree with you after a minute: Excellent. Warm, deep feeling. I wasn’t an ABBA fan, but I really like this. Thanks, Pontus.
Thanks Adrianne 😍
We can go on and on....😁
I was in tears from beginning to end the first time I heard I still have faith in you. I mean what a gift to give us. It's a good day to be alive
🤗
They delivered an amazing album and I'll love them forever ❤❤❤❤
I've cried at this every single time I see it! I am so happy. Just wow!!
🥲 wow indeed!
This song is like a tribute to what they were and what they want to be again, but, in their second single, ABBA pop appears and with an incredible musical power and voice
I’ve recorded a reaction to their second single as well. Coming soon 🤗
Very Elegant song actually 👌😍
Great Abba with thier Lovely Lyric ..
Lovely indeed 👍
ABBA = SWEDISH POWER 🇸🇪
👍🤗
No it doesnt break any new ground! Wasnt suppose to. You either like the sound of the band or you dont. I personally was blown away by how wonderful the musical arrangements were on many of the songs and how wonderful a couple of 70 plus year old women can still sound together.
I think they're beautiful still and I very much want to see the ABBAtar concert.
Me too 🤩
Thanks for the ABBA. As a Swede you should be very proud 🇸🇪 . Make sure to react tp 'Don't Shut Me Down' too. Pretty sure the concert ABBA-tars will be much better but these are great for a music video. And yes ABBA you do still have it in you !!!
Coming soon 👍
Fantastic review, and I like your Swedish accent very much. Forty years in the making... and worth the wait. The Abbatars are incredible and I agree that it's a great comeback song. Voices are lower, but the Abba sounds are all there. Wow indeed.
Thank you 🙏 Yes wow, indeed 🤗
I too love your Swedish accent, I have always been a massive ABBA fan thank you for your lovely review.
Thank you, Dan 🙏 I’m glad you liked it
I'm not impressed that ABBA continue to amaze us, after 40 years of absence this is more than I expected, of course growing old the voices changed a bit, but they stil sound very very good, thei're awsome, bravo ABBA, bravo for the courage to come back I'm sure it was not an easy decision, I've never been disappointed in you, always been your fan and will always be.
Bravo, indeed 🤩
Son los mejores del.mundo y lo seran siempre, lo estan demostrando.
🤗👍
WATCHING THE VOYAGE SHOW, I STARTED TO CRY WHEN THEY PLAYED ISHFIY. END OF SHOW PLAYING DON'T SHUT ME DOWN, I DANCED WHILE CRYING HAPPY TEARS. ABBA, THE LEGENDS ARE BACK 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Yes they are 🤗
I loved the song. I love Abba still. 45 yrs later they are still awesome! I am thrilled to hear new songs from them now. 💖
Awesomely awesome 🤩
Absolute amazing, I'm in love in every Song from Voyage !!! The Voices of Both Girls are so wonderful ! When I heard the Songs on our Radiostations in Hamburg, I have Tears in my Eyes ! I'm 60 Years now, I Followed them from 1973 ! What a great Idea to come back !!! Wonderful, absolute wonderful....I have still faith in You......4 ! A very Big Kiss, Andy from Hamburg
Wunderbar 💕
I am also a Swede, and proud ♥️
Bra, Agneta!
@@Pontus-Osterlin Tack!
It is a pleasure to hear new songs from these genious artists. I can't stopp to hear this !!!
I know 😍
The greatest group of all time ⏲️..I love the way Swedish people pronounce ABBA....loved them since the beginning...Ireland.
Haha 😆 Thank you 🙏
Pure ABBA! I think it is a beautiful song, brilliantly written and sung. No one else could do this or sound like this! From the info I’ve seen, the show in London is going to be like nothing ever seen before and will leave people speechless.
Great to get a Swedish perspective on this magical event. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Yes, amazingly amazing 🤩
The most beautiful voices in pop ever!
Beautifully beautiful 😍
Well, I could just kiss you for that reaction. I got goosebumps all over again.
🤗
Goosebumps.....
Lovely 👍
"For long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be"
Those words are still powerful. Particularly when applied to Abba... they've touched a lot of people for a very long time. Long may they continue! Though if this song continues to make me smile and cry the way it still does I may have to seek counselling!
Fortunately that counselling will be cheap and arrives on November the 5th. :-)
Oh my God me 2
Andrew that was one of the best comments I've come across.
👍 x 10
That was music
This song makes me cry... I'm not Swede, but I fell in love with them after buying "ABBA Gold" on Vinyl in 92!!! If this is not the event of the decade, I don't know what is....
Yes it has to be the event of the decade 🤩
Bravo
👏
I was born the during Abba's original run, so I didn't grow up on them and what little I heard didn't compel me. They were the two guy/two gal Swedish group who sing Dancing Queen - was the extent of my knowledge. Then I started getting youtube feeds about a reunion and album, which did compel the hell of me because of the unprecedented time gap. They really do grow on you and the ladies voices are magical. So strong, clear, pitch perfect, with flawless harmony. I can see why they were so popular now. This is a great song, picking back up like they never left.
Wow, thanks for sharing. I agree the two voices together is like magic.
Thank you ABBA, & it was great to see footage of your Aussie visit in this video clip. 😍💙💜💜💙🇦🇺
Wow, that's what I call commitment 💕 I am sure you will manage, because you know what is waiting for you when you arrive 🤗
Great Reaction and the Best Band Ever! An excellent combination!!
Greetings from Germany
Thank you, Henning 🙏
Tak for en fin reaktion. Smukt, rørende og værdigt comeback!
Tak 🙏🤗
