Hi. I've just come across your videos this week and blow me you turn up on Landscape Artist of the Year yesterday! Loved your charcoal landscape - inspired to try a mono drawing/painting myself. I shall enjoy looking at more of your videos. Cheers, Caroline
Lovely painting. Nice to see the Autumn colours returning to the countryside. Great set of brushes, especially the long handled rigger. I like the amount of detail that can be achieved with that and the pallette knife without overworking the subject. Great location and enjoyable video. Cheers.
Another delightful English countryside scene and sounds and I appreciate your informative chatting as you paint, Andrew, and enjoy hearing how you go about capturing the scene so beautifully. Thank you yet again for sharing. All the best.
Wow, I really loved this! Lovely video and a very wonderful painting! One of your best, Andrew! Greetings. As always I enjoyed watching your videos every week.
Hi Andrew ... glad it didn't rain too hard so you were able to continue painting ... the colors for the background field and foliage are matched perfectly ... like all the twigs and details with the new rigger brush and the foreground has nice abstract feel also great surprise with tree sketch at the end! Basil looks like he's asking for his doggie rain cover ...🌧️🐕🦺
Thank you 🙏🏻 That’s a good point about the turps. Didn’t use it for this one at all. I usually add a little to the paint at the beginning but it wasn’t required for this one
Am a artist myself it's nice to watch other artists paint it was a pleasure to watch you
Thank you very much Barry

Good brushes you've got there - though it's knowing what to do with them that counts.
that is so true Robert. You can have the best equipment but if you don't know how to apply the paint ...........
