Directions: Spray a muffin tin HEAVILY with cooking spray and press 4-5 tbsp of chocolate chip cookie dough into each muffin cup, enough to cover the bottom and go around the edges. Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes, until the edges are golden. Let them cool for a minute or so and press the middle down to create a pocket. Scoop a tsp of the crushed graham cracker into each pocket and place one marshmallow half on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Place them bake in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and press a square of chocolate on top of each marshmallow. Let them cool completely before removing them. Enjoy!
