I just installed this on my car and boy is it quiet! I mean really quiet compared to those expensive fancy Holley and Edelbrock pumps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Great Video! if I were to install this pump on a 75 ford with Dual Tanks. can I install this in front of the fuel selector Valve? or would I have to get two Electric pumps?
I would say in front. I assume this can suck just as well as a mechanical pump. edit: I just read that mechanical pumps are better at pulling so maybe I'm wrong although an inline pump is a puller.
The hose connections are terrible. They bottom out (not tapered) in the pump without putting tons of teflon on them. I used 5/16 barbed hose fittings that were tapered!

Hear it with new exhaust ua-cam.com/video/YC7neaKlFXE/v-deo.html
And a lower amp draw than the Holley pumps as well.
Thank you for this video
Got many more.
Helpful video, P4070 is same form factor and kit.
Thanks for the video it helped a lot.
I'm only getting 4-5 psi. Ne line and filter after the pump. Mounted 6 inches from tank and about level.
Needs to be mounted below the fuel tank, for best results. These pumps are gravity-fed.
If your car runs fine, don't worry about it.
Thank you so much I just need this video 🎉😂

I'm upgrading to an electric carter lift pump on my 6.5l turbo diesel, do I need to remove the mechanical pump and plate the block?
Yes
Can i flip the mounting bracket upside down and bolt the pump to it?
Sure. Make sure you run the ground wire correctly.
Is it a self-priming pump?
The one I installed is but it took a while to get the fuel picked up.
You have to mount it as low as possible vs your fuel tank. All of these pumps are gravity-fed. If you mount them too high they won't work properly.

Mine were fine. Nothing abnormal about them.
If you bought it from anywhere other than an authorized dealer, anything else could be questionable about it.
And you said yours did not come in the original box? There's your answer right there. Yours was imported and aftermarket.
