That signature campaign is what they call "People's Initiative" people were being asked to sign esp the voters without being clear of what they are signing. In order for there to me more than one them there would still be limits as in the US with two four year terms. Many believe the Philippines would be far better off as a parliamentary democracy where you don't elect a president and therefore all his cronies. In a parliamentary system the prime minister is basically just another MP (member of parliament elected in their district to represent their district. The party choses which MP will be the party leader through a convention and vote within the party. If that party forms the government because more of their MP get elected than other parties, they form the government and their leader becomes the Prime Minister. As long as that Prime Minister gcan get realected, and as long as his/her party selects him/her as party leader, they can remail Prime Minister. Even after they resign of get defeater they can run for MP and possibly become Prime Minister again. That system has a lot of checks and balances that a Republic doesn't, and more protections against corruption. Most civilized countries in the world have this type of government.

Most of Mindanao cities has seen so much progress since Duterte became president, foreign investments has poured in many parts of Mindanao. Duterte and his allies are getting fed up with the corruption by this current Presidential government where 70-80% of the monies earned is sent to the National Gov't and only 20-30% remains in your local area then they have to ask for help when needed but not all are given especially if you're the opposition, and monies are allegedly used in corruption by Congress and Senate in the form of Pork Barrell or MOEE. Duterte prefers Federalism like what the US has, which will gurantee fast allocations for the needs of the local government and people, without the need or wait forever for money from Malacanang!!!

As a Mindanaoan native and a Davaoeño now disillusioned with the current ruling dynasties and personalities, I consider this entire fiasco as mere political feud between these clowns and I refuse to support either camp. Instead of secession which will certainly not do us any good at all, I call for and urge the federalization and regional devolution of the Republic instead, consider applying a set-up similar to European federal republics or the British parliament.

That signature campaign is what they call "People's Initiative" people were being asked to sign esp the voters without being clear of what they are signing. In order for there to me more than one them there would still be limits as in the US with two four year terms. Many believe the Philippines would be far better off as a parliamentary democracy where you don't elect a president and therefore all his cronies. In a parliamentary system the prime minister is basically just another MP (member of parliament elected in their district to represent their district. The party choses which MP will be the party leader through a convention and vote within the party. If that party forms the government because more of their MP get elected than other parties, they form the government and their leader becomes the Prime Minister. As long as that Prime Minister gcan get realected, and as long as his/her party selects him/her as party leader, they can remail Prime Minister. Even after they resign of get defeater they can run for MP and possibly become Prime Minister again. That system has a lot of checks and balances that a Republic doesn't, and more protections against corruption. Most civilized countries in the world have this type of government.

As a Mindanaoan native and a Davaoeño now disillusioned with the current ruling dynasties and personalities, I consider this entire fiasco as mere political feud between these clowns and I refuse to support either camp. Instead of secession which will certainly not do us any good at all, I call for and urge the federalization and regional devolution of the Republic instead, consider applying a set-up similar to European federal republics or the British parliament.

His daugher had vouple of billions of confidrntial fund, he have billions of confidential fund and refused to open to the public his SALIN, Inday Duterte spend 120million confidential fund in jist 11 days.
