If you miss no boss ever, no small enemy ever and achieve the secret ending and start a NG+ for your first time then your journal should be full.

Some of the spirits are cool and some are just downright hideous

Non-able is really good for damage especially if you use it before the end of a combo for the slam. That is if you want to lose some mana for him
Non void wrecks tits and non able is op with the armor that gives you focus for using spirit
