Reversing the tip clears the clogs quick. They have lots of tips for thin and thick paints. Airless sprayer WINS
It's amazing how that amazon one did so well, for the price
Yeah once we (Rich) got the hang of it 😂
Nice Job Ritch & James never used paint sprayers got a couple of airless sprayers in the shed mite give paint spraying a try you made it look so easy 😀😀 thanks again
Defo worth a go Darran 👍🏼
Both good machines, my choice is the airless one👌👌👍👍
Thanks Nev, you are on Richard’s team team than haha 👍🏼
Great demo's and looked fab when you finished. Hope 2024 is a fantastic year for you .
Try different nozzles on the airless sprayer if blocking and want thicker coat of paint👍
Ideal, thank you for the tip 😂👍🏼
I enjoyed that do you think SGS could give you some air compressors to compare?
Ooo maybe, I will find out 👍🏼
White wash would have been good for them walls. Bag of line mixed in some water, slap it on and it’s amazing how pristine white it looks.
Yeah that would have been a good idea. Does it not go dusty if it gets damp and drys out though?
@@MachineryNation aye it can get a bit a bit busty and can dry out after a couple years. But for rough walls it’s great. Been used for hundreds of years. We used to do all the cattle sheds way back when.
Looking forward to your new adventures with the channel.
All the best 👍🏻
Either machine is better than a brush. The airless one appears t9 have better coverage
Yeah anything is better than a brush haha thanks Al!
you should use a heavy duty airless paint sprayer that can use up to a 23 tip. that paint probably needs a large tip
Interesting thanks. Will look into different tips 👍🏼
but you need a bigger airless pump to support the bigger tip@@MachineryNation
@@basketballmaven1454 oh ok, we have more to paint another time so I may well look into this 👍🏼 thank you for your help
good machines
Jobs a good un 👌
Cheers Ash 👍🏼
That airless sprayer sounds likely to shit itself any minute, id stick with air spraying. Burning smells aren't good for a machine on its first job.
Yeah it did to start with, then it got better once the paint was thinner 👍🏼
Strain your paint for the airless, and reverse your tips to clear clogs and your back in business, none edge to water down the paint so much.
An old pair of tights is great for straining paint to get rid of lumps and paint skin
TIP, before painting unpainted walls mix pva with water and brush, roll or spray on to the walls and it seals them to stop paint soaking in and saves paint and gives a better finish in less coats as well
Interesting thanks guys. I didn’t know you could reverse them so that ideal 👍🏼
😂
Try reading the manual. And always a mask.
