I read somewhere that Frank Spotnitz one the Executive Producers mentioned that Scully's baby was conceived during All Things episode. That would explain why the producers asked Gillian Anderson to add that scene that hinted that Mulder and Scully had sex during the audio commentary for All Things. She stated that tghe scene was not in her original script and was told that that it would be around the time to add something like that for the show. Also the doctor that was performing Scully's ultra-sound stated that the baby was 14 weeks. So that would be around the back end of Season 7 and around All Things episode.
Of course. Anderson never wrote anything MS she always centered on herself and David always write MS scenes. You can see the difference David being a MS fan and humble guy and Anderson bitchy diva. Mulder desreved better than her. And no wonder David left from this dumb overrated show
I was waiting for this episode 😁 So funny you missed David in the credits... 😂 I was loving the scene when Mulder tells Scully he decided to help her, to be the "donor" 😅 when she first thought he wasn't doing it. All the feelings rushing through Scully, you can see them passing her face... I was stunned by Gillian's acting once again. ❤️ For John: First I was thinking they would bring in another guy like stupid Spender, but I soon learned that he is a good guy whom you can trust.

As for the timeline - Mulder telling her about keeping the eggs, Scully asking him about being the father and trying for IVF... trying to figure it out gives me a headache but I still love that it happens! Wow you guys were so excited, I had to turn the volume down! :D This is one of my favourites because of the seamless back and forth transitions of past and present. Yes it's still SO confusing what is going on, who to trust, this just gets more and more as this season goes on. I watched it in the original airings. I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely trusted Doggett after the two part opening. There was no way that the show was brave enough to make the permanent main character another Alex Krycek. Hope you're ready for what is coming next, because the next three episodes are sort of a mini trilogy in a way and are ABSOLUTELY brilliant!
