Freakin... in the starting area with the chick that had a cross and green cloak, the dude that is sitting down, chillin in his shop sells weapons and armor.
Second, that well in front of the small castle like place, hit the rock and youll get an estus shard, that when handed to the chick in the cloak is how you aquire more flasks.

Not saying you did anything wrong, but here some fax I'm about to spit at ya. 1st you missed the path leading to the forest of fallen giants, the actual starting area (you went to hied's tower, much harder). 2nd you missed the levers that would have raised the rings in the bossroom, making it easier to move and making it impossible to get hit off. 3rd this isn't a mistake more of a tip, please level ADP (Adaptability) in this game its required to have like 20 ADP because that determines the Invincibility frames you get when rolling (without it some attacks are impossible to dodge)
Other than that, you did pretty well, keep up the good work!
