The answer to your question "why women wear bandages on their nose", is because they've had rhinoplasty which is nose surgery... This is a cosmetic surgery done predominantly by young girls who have attained marital age, just to boost their look in order to get a good looking husband. After surgery, they wear this bandage for several weeks till the scar completely disappeares.
This bandage is called 'bandage of honour' and shows the bold character of a girl telling 'yes i have had my nose surgery. The culture is now popular among men too.
Btw, Iran is considering punishment for getting cosmetic rhinoplasty. Iran is a country governed by sharia law (though a government exists) and such act can easily come into existence.

In Iran Petrol rate Rs5.50 per Litre is indeed very much. IN our country because of Taxes, Excise duties etc , Petrol rates are high. Thanks for showing us the Holy place of QOOM.
