20A load! Yeesh! That dual PD Pro on board is pretty slick. I’m excited for this new standard.Shoutout to old guys for making displays bigger. Love this.
Hope these live up to their potential. When are they being released please? I have need for tow 150’s now. Everywhere is preorder. Is that like a couple of weeks or a couple of months (today is Aug 24) ?
Hello and thanks for reaching out. Should be very soon. Follow our Instagram account @coreswx and sign up for our emails to know as soon as it happens. All that information is found on our website. G3 will be awesome!
@@CoreSWX I have an Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station (V-Mount) and wish to power Amaran 300C and a 150 C Cob lights. Would you be able to tell me which Core batteries to use please to power those lights using the Aputure two bay battery inverter? I’m looking for possibly 30-60 min.
@@WINDSHEAR-STUDIO Our Apex 360 is a battery specifically designed for lights. They are 360wh and can handle a 24A load. Our G3 can handle a 20A load, so well within those two lights. If you were to use two Apex packs, you will have a longer runtime due to the higher wh. But if you are looking for just an hour or so, two 150wh G3s with the 300C mathematically would give you an hour. (300W into 300wh). I am just not sure what the inverter does to runtime and power draw since it is converting to 48v. What is your email? I can try and find out for you.
@@CoreSWX Thank you so much for your reply and helping me. You have no idea how hard it has been to find this information for my situation and the equipment I have. Likely as I’m more hobbyist than pro and these types of batteries historically have focused on pro users. But I’ve looked at your line up and the newer stuff you’re coming out with is really amazing and appears much more diversified than these types of batteries in the past (by all brands). I was hoping a couple of Core SWX Hypercore NEO 150 Mini 147Wh would do the job. But it sounds like I need more than that maybe. I thought the G3’s might be overkill? But maybe not. I wish I was smarter with this stuff. Aputure recommended your brand, but they did not tell me a specific model to get in a recent email. Little stickers on each side of the Aputure battery bays show the following info; 14.4 V > or equal to 190 wh Max. Discharge Current: 15A You can reach me at: picardmaneuver@icloud.com
Good work guys, looking for a brand of battery for my 6K Pro and I feel like I don't need to look any further, happy with all the positive feedback I'm seeing from others here.
@@CoreSWX I guess I'll also add, based on your comment, to add a brightness option to the visual battery life option. These will be a great addition to all my other Core batteries.

red is going to be the standard I guess ahah. A Cam = Red
Red all the way! I use red and black on set. Plus, matches my REDs! Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone!
Now with led' s it's like spinal taps amps going to 11
I love the green 💚 lights the best especially in low light situations.

@@WINDSHEAR-STUDIO Yeah, no problem. I will shoot you an email.
Red LED lights, which would not emit as much light pollution on a dark set.
YOU ARE THE WINNER! I will reach out to you on Instagram.
RED....because of the strong pull of the dark side

👊👊👊
Red LED b/c it matches my accessories and the color design would be consistent for visual appeal of the camera body.
Even if I use RED I'll go with green.
Green LED's for me. One question however...can the LED's change from green to yellow to red indicating a visual battery life while filming?
That could be a possibility 😉 At the moment, they are only one color. You can even turn off the LEDs if you need to stay in the dark.

For sure Green LED! 🔥
Ill be that guy was has a core battery with pink lights
Green to match my other accessories.
green to match existing LEDs - green good- yellow depleting- red- charge -should be standard
Green LED’s🤘😊
I’d probably leave them off if shooting in a dark scene since I primarily shoot with natural light.
I’m going with red for A cam
@beanstalkfilms is the winner of a Nano 98X!!!
I'd use Green LEDs on set!
