Ingredients 配料:
700g Yam, strips & cubes 700克 芋头, 切条和粒
12 Shitake mushrooms, cubes 12朵 香菇, 切粒
100g Dried shrimp, minced 100克 虾米, 切碎
5 Small red onions, slices 5粒 小洋头, 切片
1 teaspoon Pepper 1 茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
2 teaspoon Salt 2茶匙 盐
1000ml Water 1000毫升 水
Flour Mixture 粉混合物:
100g Tapioca flour 100克 木薯粉
500g Rice Flour 500克 粘米粉
1000ml Water 1000毫升 水

Hi, med heat or High heat ?
My yam cake a bit dry especially the side ,and also crack a bit overall.
Is it too little water or the heat temperature?
But still, it tastes nice
