Love the video homies!! I’ll be honest I’ve never heard this version before. My reaction was in real-time with you two…and all I can say WOW!!! The atmospheric vibe and the MOODS of this version and switch-up during the chorus!! To hear both Chino and MJK’s voice sooo clear and crisp!! Amazing!! Omg….this is definitely gonna be the tune I drive into work tomorrow morning! Gonna get me hyped!! I’m loving this remix. How have I not heard this before!?

The original is 🔥 but this version is 🔥🔥🔥. MJKeenan and Chino are 2 of my top vocalists of all time. I could listen to everything they do all day. Maynard with all his bands. As well as Chino and his side stuff. You need to check out Palms and Team Sleep if you dig Chino.

Guys, check out a band called Far. The singer lives next door to Chino and they Collab as well. Far is one of the best indie emo bands but also have heavy elements. Beautiful songs. Jonah also does solo gigs like OneLineDrawing and New End Original. There's a wealth of gorgeous music that's in the same sphere as Deftones and TOOL.
I still have Water & Solutions on heavy rotation.
I listen to Girl off Tin Cans With String To You at least a few times a week still. They have a bunch of great stuff. I do love their cover of Pony.

The whole album didn't need a remix but they did it for the fans on the 20th anniversary 🤷♂️ I don't see a problem with that

This is on The Deftones White Pony special edition LP with multiple remixes at the end of the album.
So the reason the mustang was chosen is because Passenger was from the Deftones album white pony, which is what you saw in the center of the wheel, and if you checked the licence plate it said BLK STLN.

This version of Passenger is 100 percent not better than the original! It takes away the sense of eerie and over all intention of cadence. It transforms a masterpiece into a borderline dance remix. Not to say that's a bad thing but it's far from being better than its predecessor
All subjective. What's better to you isn't to someone else. Just let them enjoy what they enjoy.

I respect what Shinoda tried to do with this song. But man the original song of this was already perfect the way it was I’m sorry to say but yea this one doesn’t hit as hard as the original man. The original version hits wayyy harder then this.

This was on a Deftones' remix album they put out a couple yrs ago. Frankly, this is the exception, because otherwise the record is terrible. Save your time & don't listen to it. But definitely come back to regular Deftones quick. Hearts/Wires is along these lines, sonically.

Hey bub, don't take it too heart, they are good peeps, I've been on the journey for over 2 years every day, have donated 100s of dollars and have only had 1 song done by them. There are hundreds of peyote that donate for a song and are still waiting as well. Just hang in there, for what it's worth, even if they never do your song, they do put out a positive vibe for all of us who follow!! Thanks man, hope it helped

Haven't even watched this yet but. this is one of my Fav Deftones songs on one of my Fav Deftones Albums.
Okay, after hearing this Remix, it's just not my cup of tea. I guess I am a Deftones purist. It just didn't hold the same vibe for me.
