Tarabas represented evil, he knew she couldn't love him dispite the enchanting look, Fantaghiro was pure and gentle... She don't want to change him to be in love with him, so she choose Romualdo 💕
I honestly couldn't understand that either but I do know she was already deeply in love with Romualdo. But she got to love Tarabas as well, in a different way but she did. She kissed him twice in a genuine form. The luckiest woman I've ever seen in a fantasy film, loved by two gorgeous men. I would've stayed with Tarabas though without a doubt! What a MAN!!!!
