Here's a video of a fight on the HIGHEST DIFFICULTY with Glod, Surtr's son, half Jotun, half Muspel. This is taken from AC Valhalla's 3rd and last DLC Dawn Of Ragnarok.
My character is maxed out in terms of skills and weapons, but this fight is made to be difficult no matter how prepared you are.
