I started the second week of Jan. I'm down 15. I have 35 more to go.
that is awesome!!!
I am down 90
How long did it take you. Wow
I started in Oct 2021
@pamlewis8610 awesome. I hope I am half as successful as you 🙏🏽
That I'd pretty impressive. Congratulations
Just want to ask if ozempic is/was involved in the weight loss?
I’m so upset someone gave you a negative comment on WW! You are the BEST and so motivating! Didn’t their mother teach them, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all!” Come on! Keep it up girl!
Thank you, NIkki! I have followed you for years and I have been on WW off and on in the past. I woke up yesterday and felt overwhelmingly to rejoin WW. So, I signed up again and your video came at just the right time to remind me why I've had success in the past on WW. Thank you for being such a light. I can't tell you how many times I've said " Nikki tried this and liked it" my hubby knows exactly who I'm talking about too because I watch your content a lot even though I wasn't back on WW at the time. :)
I've lost 16 lbs on ww my first month...it's the only way I've lost weight too...I was on ozempic all last year and only lost 13 lbs the whole year...so I've lost more in one month so far on ww
Great video and Thank you for sharing!
You are so awesome!!! Great content!!
This was great- thank you!
I just joined last night! Thanks for sharing your journey
Great intro. Thank you!
I was down 67 with WW and another program. I gained like 20 during an illness I suffered from last year. Ready to get it back together.
You're awesome and inspiring.
I've been at Lifetime for 8 years. This was a really good breakdown for someone first starting out. Great job...Great Video!
Great job! Thank you
Nikki, I am 68 and making a "restart" on the WW's app today. Tracking for now in preparation to follow my points allowance in another week. I too have caught myself in that unhealthy trap of relating exercise to consuming more food. I grew up in a very unhealthy food/relationship household that has taken years to id and shake off. Appreciate your fresh, simple approach, the hauls, and the recipes so much!
Thank you so much for this information!
You are so informative. I started WW in 2008 and life time since 2009. I love WW and love the zero point foods.
I've been following you for a while. I finally decided to give WW another try. I love your channel!!!
Thank you for sharing. I started today.
Thanks for this. I'm thinking about starting WW after getting more and more frustrated with my own habits and lack of success with gyms and random "dieting", and this helps put things into perspective.
I love your videos! They’ve been extremely helpful for me!
I’m so glad!! ♥️
Really helpful information. I just bought your cookbook on Amazon, and I love it. Thanks so much.
I have been following you for years, but I've been off the wagon for about 3 years and have gained all my weight back. I'm back in and starting tomorrow. You are such an inspiration. I appreciate you so much. Keep it up!
Thank you Nikki! I used to do weight watchers and lost a good amount of weight but fell off the wagon and gained some of it back. Your videos are helping me get back on track! ❤
I’m so glad! 😊
Thank you . I was going to stop weight watchers when they came up with that GLP 1 , but I decided to stay with my program and they were offering it as an option for others . I was doing good at loosing about 1/2 lb a week and when I stopped tracking and measuring things, started going back up when I try to eat what I use to, it is either too salty or too sweet. Back on track thanks for your videos.
Well done!
So inspiring. Thank you for making ww easier to understand 👍. You’re amazing 👍👍👍
Helpful ❤
Thank you for all your help. You have been the most motivating person !!
I’m so glad, thank you! ♥️
Thank you so much for the tips. I’ve been struggling… 🤦🏻♀️
Hello I'm new to your channel and new to weight watchers , I just signed up 2 days ago ... I can't wait to watch more of your vlogs 🤗I'm sure it will be a great help .. thanks
Hi! I've been doing ww for 44 days now, and I love it. I just wanted to encourage you since I am a beginner to the program too. I have lost weight already, I feel great about how my body is shaping up, and I am not starving, which is huge, bc on other diets, I always felt hungry or dizzy. Stick to it! You'll do great! God bless 🌞

Ty
I started last November but I just have a new high score every day
Great video
Thank you!! 🥰
Thank you soooo much for sharing this video. I just started WW and wish I had learned more about it decades ago. I have tried every diet imaginable with no success. I have PCOS and low thyroid, a sedentary job, and age stacked against me. I am finally seeing progress and find the app so fun. I love scanning foods! I HATED tracking calories and macros before. WW is a true lifestyle and family of people who encourage one another. Your success is so inspiring!
Thanks for a great video! Do you think WW can work with strength training? I want to start training and it seems like everything is about tracking macros. I like the simplicity of WW tracking. Thanks in advance!
Of course it can. There are even groups in the app that have various fitness focuses, so you can find other members. You will end up getting a few extra points for weeklies when you exercise. Use that for healthy carbs and then use your free points for proteins and boom, good post workout meal.
Wow, you really are impressive and provide tons of great info on weight loss. I’ve never been to Aldi’s, WW, or Trader Joe’s but l’ll remedy that soon. You are a blessing to watch❤
I really appreciate that!!
I used the smart points beyond the scale program in 2016-17, got to my goal weight and life time. I had a back injury after this, meds and inactivity caused me to start gaining again…. The new WW programs that were rolled out after that (free style) caused me to struggle even more. I finally just stopped paying the money for a program that wasn’t working for me anymore.
Now I’m trying to decide wether to go back on WW or not -so watching this video to see if the program is better (or more like it was when I was successful).
I was the most successful tracking everything that went in my mouth, Even the free foods.
I appreciate this video- very informative! Thank you!
Could you do a video on the diabetes program?
Yes, Please! That would b helpful for me too❤
Great video. How do you make sure the 0 point don't make things worse instead of better. I was on WW when they started changing and I gained. Before the 0 point, I lost on WW. I panicked and got off the plan. Question- How to manage 0 points where you won't gain?
I’m debating starting weight watchers this week upcoming and I’m curious I seen u suggested a food scale how do u kno how much to weigh in per item?
I've started my journey today! Hopefully I will be successful!
one day at a time! 😊
@@NikkiGetsFit thank you Nikki.
When did you start lifted weights? In the beginning?
I am trying to walk 20 minutes a day. I weighs 184 I want to get down to 160. I weigh in weekly
Nikki, when making meals, let's say a casserole or soup or crockpot meal. I create the "recipe" but I never know what to put for how many servings it makes. I have no idea. Advice?
Casseroles are pretty easy-just cut/divide into an even number of pieces the size of about what you think you’d eat for one portion/meal. So if you made like a breakfast casserole in a 9x13, you’d probably portion it into ehh 12 or 16 pieces and have one or two servings for a meal. For soups, you could try to put 1-2 ladles in a bowl to see about how much you’d eat in a serving. Then, if it ends up being 1 heaping ladle per serving, count how many ladles you’ve made total as you transfer from the crockpot to your family’s bowls and/or the container that you will store the leftovers in. You could also use like a one cup measuring glass instead of a ladle if you wanted an actual measurement for your servings. If the points are really high per serving, you might decide to decrease the size of your portion so you get more servings out of it and add some zero point foods to your meal. Does that make sense?
How do you use deamome
I joined today again after 4 years away. Noticed there wasn't any prerecorded fitness classes on the app. Any ideas for classes thet would be useful. Thanks.
I’m interested in started WW but want to do virtual zoom meetings and have the app to track. How do I sign up for that and how much is it a month?
How do u add home made chicken u make with skin .
Do you still have to pay every month once you reach your goal weight?
I just started ww today. Do you feel that you should try to consume all of your points each day? With the zero point foods, it seems like I’m having a hard time reaching the points. I don’t want to end up under eating. Or over eating calorically. Thank you for any insight.
For me personally, I found I had the most success when I ate all my dailies and my weeklies each week! I like spacing my weeklies out into each day for higher point foods like nuts or protein bars. I tried to have a good balance with zero point foods and that kept me full throughout the day!
What happens if you only eat zero point foods?
My daily points are 29. Isn’t that high? How can I change it? I’m 5’4’’ and want to lose 20 lbs. I’ve been on it a month and have lost 1/2 lb
I might have missed it, but daily points must go down as you lose weight, right?
Yes they reduce as you lose weight
Just found you! Am two weeks into program after a decade. Wondering why a banana is 3 points in smoothie recipes but is a No Point item otherwise?
according to WW when you drink the banana in a smoothie, it is not as satiating as eating it and easier to have more at once so they make it worth points when its blended! I think its one of the rules people break the most on ww lol I have never tracked blended banana as points though!
When weight watchers says you should have 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, do they mean combined 3 veggies and 2 fruits or 5 servings of fruits and 5 servings of vegetables?
Is this safe to do when you’re trying to get pregnant? Thank you!
YES!! I lost 40lb in 4 months and got pregnant after 13 months of trying
Do you have to pay for the app only?
Yes. Last I knew it was $20-25/mo
Yes it’s $11/month if you commit to a year or $15/month if you commit to 6 months
Is there a limit to zero point foods.? I can eat a whole can of beans, lots of fruit, all the zero point foods. Bottom line is that I'm not losing weight. Do you have any suggestions?
0 point foods have calories too. Try track them and the calories and see if you need to make adjustments.
I thought they got rid of choosing your zero point foods and everyone is the same now?
Are you still paying since you didn’t hit your WW goal?
the commercial where she threw up popcorn to catch it n her mouth....that must of been like one huge piece of popcorn....cuz her eyes rlly got huge tryin to chew it dwn....she rlly tried to sale it....
So many trolls who live in the dirt under rocks seem to come out and share their toxic opinions to the nicest people. I feel sorry for them. What miserable people!
