One more is basement height. Check whether basement height above ground level or above road level. If ur plot is lower than road , they will take average of the ground level. So for basement height u will end up spending more. When u get estimate have the builder visit ur land and provide actual basement height to be kept.
Sir can we deviate against approved plan. It is not violation. Can it b regularised at a latter stage. Is there any specific norms for allowed percentage of variation/ deviation. Pls clarify
