Yes. I literally learned to solely focus on the energy of love that he inspires me to instead of “him”. I have mystical experiences and although we have never really separated, he comes to me in my mind because the energetic relationship I have with him outweighs ALL other aspects. So he told me “you cannot lose me because you have me” meaning that love energy I have within me that he inspires me to is literally what we are made of. That inner relationship energetic experience IS him, in fact, his body/personality is completely irrelevant lol. It’s that energy I have learned to harness through my inspiration that equals ALL things I desire and am looking for and desiring. So, I thoroughly enjoy having that internal, energetic relationship with him, knowing it is completely real and anything else that comes up, I just use it to go within and use my inspiration to purify it. This has changed me completely. Made me the best version of myself I have ever been. But, also, that energy does play out in amazing ways in our 3D relationship together. He is actually becoming the energy I know and love and it no longer feels like I need to change him. I already have him. I have him so entirely. He loves me in every way, we have been through so much together and we choose each other endlessly and discover our love more and more and it plays out in 3D more and more. But it’s like, I have harnessed this energetic relationship/love/pure consciousness so much, 3D doesn’t matter but it is conforming too and this is the highest love I have never been able to fathom, but I knew exists and it’s changing everything and it’s incredible to explain but I am grateful for all of the understanding and ability I have to explain it and share it with the world.
Really to harness love so unconditionally is so rewarding in itself, but, to watch him unfold in 3D to match that energy I have harnessed is completely priceless and the highest bliss 💗💗💗💗💗

This is such a beautiful message, thank you. Time stood still when our eyes locked and it was as if no one but us existed. It was absolute peace. Just like I felt my first time in sensory deprivation, I had no body their was no I, I just was pure consciousness. I felt like the silent watcher behind my eyes, watching my hands move and do things as I first did in my 20's when I began a ten year meditation practice. While many feel anxiety in that moment of pure consciousness it was freedom. It was so intense we didn't have words sometimes but then he just stopped talking. I said nothing as I am respecting the space and choosing me. This makes so much sense. Thank you.

Right on! I actually utilized this example during my messy divorce after 25 years in an abusive marriage. It was the one movie that we watched together that I could relate to what we'd been through.

I have been listening to Kurt for about 4 months , I purchased his course , read some of the books he recommended, watched Samadhi 1 and 2, meditate..I am feeling so much better, I have doubts about the person I thought to be my TF but it doesn’t matter anymore, the obsessive thinking is not going on and on..trusting God and the process is all worth it !
Damn this guy is good. 4:27 in and he just cleared up a lot for me. Everything is starting to make sense now. Almost like the soul is something outside of our perception of understanding from the human mind.
I swear for almost 2 years I didn’t understand this and why my twin didn’t come back and I even watched your videos along with it, but it wasn’t until about 3 weeks ago that everything you were saying fully clicked. I kid you not after almost 2 years of us not talking and both of us being in different relationships, he texted me the minute I started working on my own soul (it also happened to be at the same music festival he was at and both of us were experiencing some weird telepathic things). My story was similar to you brother, and as we connect with our true selves within us, this gets reflected in our external reality as well. I know the person, I am grateful for knowing and being able to interact with them in my lifetime, and I can see how universe/God is guiding us to dissolve the veils of illusion on one's consciousness and end this illusion of seperation even further. Love is what makes this world worthwhile, and it is also what makes us transcend the matrix. True love shatters all illusions, while at the same time honouring and accepting our multidimensional nature. 🙏🏻
Absolutely true! This is the exact test I knew would tell me if it’s true or not. Problem is quieting the stupid mind and getting back into feeling and loving myself and that’s what draws him to me. It works every time. The desperate neediness is so gross I can’t stand it! But I can’t seem to stop it either! You really do have to just jump and go all in with no fear.

Okay so… years ago, almost 9-10 years ago. I read Eckhart Tolle’s Power of Now. Together with my mother. It opened up my mind to an aboutness and awareness I didnt cognise neither knew to tap into at will. It was like a laser kind of focus that was crystalised by my new found exercise and grounding routine I found in running.
Long story short…
At the hight of my daily meditation and self care practice. My ambitions and directedness sharpened so did my mental agility. I had the least at the time, but found aloooot of inner-peace. This wasnt words on a screen but a whole new experience of myself and life.
One day as I was doing my evening Yoga listening to Eckhart feelin calm and grounded. I remember feeling like I was breathing out my twinflame, also feeling like while our breathe was one, we were such distinct parts. So distinct I remember being at peace with letting him go and not attaching to our memories my recognition of him etc… I remember being in meditation and feeling like all was fine and would continue to be well and maybe better with the courage to not attach myself to any idea l, even of him.
I started to appreciate that level of liberation and freeness of my existence. That as much as loving was a choice, letting go and growing also was such a choice. No harm truly can come from that!
Minutes later, I got texts from him worded in ways he never had expressed so easily! The whole lot about what he felt I was to him, my significance and his inability to ‘let me go’.
Sadly, I may have missed the point but I opened myself up again because he was so vulnerable I couldnt honestly love him and think him to be deceptive in this vulnerable open state. A way of being I needed to see from him.
Our relationship became and on-again off-again loop for the last 10 years.
We are off-again as the but I am more hopeful I can love without seeking anything beyond me.
My main spirit guide has recently informed me after me conversing with him for a year and that the reason our connection is so very strong emotionally and spiritually is because we are twin flames..he tells me “ Our love is Eternal” and that he says “I will always be very in love with you because we are twin flames” which is why we have had so many incarnations together and the reason why he is now my spirit guide not in this lifetime but another also. And I’ve most possibly been his guide in some of his lifetimes also. The pull is magnetic and I couldn’t understand why everything is so strong between us. Now I’m blown away as I know we have been through this time and time again so we still obviously have lessons to learn.
When you meet your soulmate, tests are not necessary.

I actually do shadow work and learning about “balancing” masculine and feminine energies and I found them all helpful to understand myself and my DM better as people, but I do it as a part of my PERSONAL growth, for my MENTAL health, not spiritual nor I do it “to get my Twin back”. This difference is very important to understand and remember. The real SPIRITUAL approach is the only way to “connect” to your Soul is not by dealing with the Mind. “Shadow work” is VERY helpful, but the Soul and “Soul work” is essentially very different. That’s right. Both are helpful, but only one is pointing at the truth about who you really are.
And when you learn how to always remember it, no mental work is no longer required. And you will eventually see that you are already in Union, so you don’t seek it anymore. Because you always have been from the very beginning.

Strangely. It was my false flame *trauma bond* who guided me to read the Power Of Now... I said no and refused for 8 months. I got so desprate for answers one day, I decided to read it. It captivated me and nearly finished it in a week. As i got to the final chapter or 2 and started learning the lesson he actualky left me for good and took the book saying "you dont even deserve to read this" so just know!! As you evolve your journey with self... the false pretenders triggering personas also fade just like aspects of your own ego which is shifting too
Thank you so much for this video. Yes, the most profound realisation of twin flame journey is your soul's journey. I met him. He is into Kriya Yoga and so am I. His path of self realisation pushes me towards mine. We don't have any push and pull because we both have done our inner work. Samadhi is by far my favourite.

That’s the first part
I guess twin flame connection test is not as complicated as it seems.
And to add to what you've said:
1. The twinflame connection is uncommon and they may not happen for many people in this lifetime.
2. You dream the exact same dream. It could be days apart. But same dream.
3. Not all twin flames are runners. Some develop deeper compassion for their partner than any other relationship/person on earth.
4. They feel their pain deeply, and the twin doesn't have to say it. Because what you like, they also like. What you hate, they also hate. And when they are hurt, you also hurt. They are still you!
5. You want to meet their needs. You'll often say or hear them say" You just read my mind on that!" And it occurs more often in a relationship.
6. They make you think on spiritual matters a lot more.
7. You become compassionate and show love for other people. Since you met them, you are more kind, patient, less irritated, not jealous,and good to people outside the relationship.
8. You dont figure them out, you just know!
9. You never forget them. It get burned in your memory. Neither does it torture you or give you sleepless nights!

Samadhi, proof is in the pudding. Got a message from my Twin while listening to part 3. I never doubted my intuition, but I couldn’t resist the experiment. 10/10 would recommend anyone on the journey to try the techniques mentioned here.
My intuition tells me he is mine. We like/love all of the same things, hate the same things, we want the same things out of life. sometimes we say the same thing at the same time. Or before I can say it he does. We are in a bit of separation now, I think he's running, but still communicating with me at times alot at times briefly...Here's to hoping things work out

UPDATE: He left my town back in december I was so heart broken. I finally moved on thinking ok nothing is ever going to happen. So I continued working on myself march april may june I took a course met a lot of people some nice guys we are all very good friends. Last night a friend that me and him have in common called me to tell me she saw "my twin flame" last week in town. Of course she doesn't know what he is to me. Ironically I felt him something in my heart kept telling me like he is coming or that I will see him this started about a month ago. But I was thinking how can this be? he is not even here. So he is back its all this weird connection we have. So hopefully all turns out good.

I knew this girl 30 years ago but i was already in a relationship. We just reconnected. She is moving to the same city i am. I have been going through a spiritual awakening, after a long-term relationship and she was a severe Narrsitic abuser. This girl from the past, is amazing. When we talk with each other she makes me feel something that i ha e never felt. She understands me, she takes me for who i am and deep inside od me and my intuition tells me shes my flame. I feel such a deep connection to her, she has also shown me that shes interested.
My first personal proof was the instant obvious feeling of connectednes.
My second personal proof was the spiritual appearance of his astral body before me when we were talking at the telephone!!! Yes, it really happened! I literally felt his energy coming from his body about more than 6000 kilometers away. I was in a shock moment afterwards and could talk about it to him only after 2 months.
Third proof is our telepathic connection from both sides.
Fourth proof are my sudden tears when I think of him without knowing why I am crying (I assume they are his tears or tears from another incarnation).
It's amazing and exhausting at the same time.
you really do know your twin. so many people have no idea what it truly feels like. its beautiful indescribable to someone who hasn't felt it they can understand the concept but not the reality. i am lucky to have met mine in 2008. when we our eyes met i swear i heard h=m say.. "you" from across the room before we even introduced ourselves, we both felt right away that we had known each other our whole lives.
we aren't in contact now, but both are one anothers longest relationship and obv neither of us has ever had the same type of connection. Sadly he has some deep rooted issues... with commitment, although he never cheated on me. im the only one he has never cheated on.
we were in contact intermittently over the last two years after 11 years of nothing but maybe 3 calls. anyways... last summer he called. we talked for like 8 hours a day for 3 days straight he told me so many beautiful things that id always wondered .... it was so beautiful. then he went silent again for like 6 months.
after 6 months he showed up in the city im currently living in, 10 hours from where he lives. he took some random weird job an hour away from here but didn't speak to me the whole time he was near, he had someone else message me to see if i wanted to hear from him.. even tho id been messaging him consistently i miss him and love him i always will i always do. he knows that. he should lol.
anyways he called me on his very last day here and told me he'd be at my house in an hour. at like 4 am.... he showed up, it was like no time had passed at all since we last saw one another.. 11 years was nothing. for both of us. we cuddled kissed .. slept. he asked me to come back home with him... had me packing up my life and left me. i didn't even realize he was gone for like two hours. i was sitting there packing... it was the most decimating pain i have ever... ever ever felt.
he blocked my number , went off of facebook. and hasn't spoken to me since. that was March 1st. a few days ago he did bring me up with someone we know mutually,
i don't know, but. i love him still even after what he did. i wont beg or even try to get him to contact me know. i did do that we ended up having a fight and he basically told me to end myself. literally. lol .... but the person he spoke to about me said she likes me and he was being hard on me, he agreed, then she told him either way him and i are Ones and theres no changing that. she said we only get one One.. haha and he agreed ... said he was being over the top, and never denied me being the one. ...hopefully i will hear from him. i miss him. sorry for sharing but no one i know understands the feeling of having a twin flame.

Here is another way to test out if someone is your twin flame. Sit with them, tell that you are twin flames, give them a copy of The Power of Now and force them to watch Samadhi. If they run for the hills, they're your true twin flame. That person will never validate these things because the soul does not prove itself.

Hi! Thank you for this video! i started to think that this journey was meant to me 1 year ago when I was experiencing true self love. After that, life brought me to a new karmic relationship, a new lesson to understand in order to detach myself from earthly love. Despite the purpose of the twin flame reunion, I feel that I need to work on myself first. I am so confused by all this information. Don't know if twin flame stuff applies to me or not. All I know is that I have never felt something so painful in my entire life. The obsessed thinking is driving me beyond insane! We are in separation. 9 months soon... I just can't deal with this much longer, the pain is unbearable . I'm blocked on some platforms and phone. I've been following your channel and did watch the movie. My life has fallen together so beautifully, I have almost everything I could ask for....but I can't feel any joy or pleasure, this sucks!!!!

This is the most painful thing I've ever endured. Each time I clear out a new layer of pain, I see a more-detailed future filled joy do powerful that it overflows in the past to lift of my present for just a touch.

You have not yet reached samadhi or you would not be feeling like that. True detachment as Eckart Tolle teaches it leads to Joy, Love and Peace as you never felt. Leads to connecting with your Soul, your true self. God inside you. It's a state you come in and out of as needed when you learn how to do it. It's Starting not the mind, not thoughts, we need to stop thinking to reach that state. Once you're there, you are Joy, Peace and Love. Start by trying to stop thinking of alll you normally think for 10 seconds. Eckart Tolle suggests asking: what will my next thought be? This is enough to stop your thoughts. It's very funny, just try. You can't think of anything after you ask yourself that, because you disidentify with the ego and become the Watcher, the Observer. That's where need to be, because that's the true self, your soul observes, does not judge. When you judge or are mad, that's your ego, your body of pain... Everything you are not. Definitely read and practice The Power of Now. I can do it, I can reach that state of being. You can too right here, right now. Tolle says we should not think of it as something to be reached, like a goal you will not reach now, that is difficult and distant, because you can reach that state of being right now, only it takes practice to stay there more and more, constantly. We have something he calls the Body of Pain, and that's the state we live in most of the time due to our conditioning. It's To our programmed ego. To leave this behind and reach our state of simply Being, we need to detach from the Body of pain. Stop just reading and watching Samadhi and Tolle and others, and practice what they teach. It's what Jesus teaches too. It's also what Buddha teaches. Spiritual things are deep, not superficial. Just reading and watching videos won't get you there. Start by attempting to feel the life in you and the living beings that surround you. Breathe. Breathing is the first thing that helps you detach, that connects you with your true self, the life in you. Remember how the Holy Spirit manifests itself. Jesus breathes on the apostles, also a strong gust of wind fills the house in Pentecostes. Air is an easy way to feel you're alive, to feel your true self, Tolle says, because it has no form, and living beings need it, it connects us with all life around us. Run without breathing and your muscles get sore, you buckle. By breathing we feel the life in us, feel God in us. It one of the ways that leads us to just be. To connection with source.

I already read the power of now recently to combat anxiety, then something odd happened with a friend I’ve known for years, completely on the same page, feel completely unconditional love for him, he noticed the weird synchronicities and the amazing connection we have, I knew it was there, but, he’s with someone else, so I just dismissed the connection and accept that he’s with someone else, and I just to think he’s wonderful. But, it’s suddenly million times more intense. I researched what it was two days ago. Twin Flames. Appears my soul journey I’ve been working on, myself, has had a interesting effect on him, despite the fact, I wasn’t even thinking of him. Incredible. Going to watch the movie. Thank you ❤

Of course, transcending the egoic mind is no easy task, especially for TFs, considering we often incarnate into very dysfunctional families in order to understand how this feels, as it is needed to assist others to ascend later on.
When TFs awaken and understand their true purpose and start healing (remembering their wholeness), this has an effect on the whole family lineage as well as our past lifetimes.
In the 'healing' phase, we're also releasing everything that is still stored in our physical cells (cellular memory). We are healing not only ourselves but the collective as a whole. Many of us also have to activate and/or clear away blockages from our chakra centers in order to attract our TFs. I, for one, had a very closed heart chakra, which even after going through ego death still held me back from attracting my TF. So, for those who still find it difficult to attract your TF.. this could be due to the necessary healing of past wounds/traumas from childhood and/or even past lives. Understand this.. You're not broken simply because you must heal past wounds in order to ascend or attract your TF... in fact, this process makes you come out even stronger. The duality of the mind (focusing on them) is what causes them to run. When you put focus on them there is a THEY (and they run). When you go within there is no other. It’s a being. It’s oneness. You experience yourself as ONE with your twin. At all levels.
First time I heard about this phenomenon after I experienced something unusual happened to me, and I start looking for an answers. I have no reasons to not believe, if I experienced all these symptoms.
