I would be claustrophobic in the gaming room, so I would have 2 small windows that slide up, put in the wall of the gaming room for extra light and air circulation from the main part of the room if you had a ceiling fan going. That would be another great way for someone to hand in snacks and

You should make a full room into a gaming lounge. The door to the room of the gaming lounge could be made into like a closet that stores towels and stuff. And to get in you have to push the closet thing and it will open to the gaming lounge. Or something else. Maybe spend 24 hours in it? (Kinda hard for me to explain)
You guys should just buy a house and build a whole bunch of hidden rooms in it or buy land and build a house with a whole bunch of hidden rooms.

Have you guys considered local code ordinances? Since you've modified the dimensions of rooms, you're gonna need building permits and since you don't have them, all of this will have to be deconstructed at some point. Also, that room is a major major fire trap.
You should try to make a crazy gaming room in an artificial air vent and scare the guy with an air horn lol 😂.
