Had one of these in the 1960s. Five pounds second hand from my mate who'd bought it then realised he couldn't play. Mine had a much neater tremelo/tailpiece and seperate slider switches for each pickup so might have been a slightly later model. The neck was a bit chunky so I changed it for a Vox neck and it was dynamite. Sadly my girlfriend complained about being second best to it so I had to sell it to a workmate for a fiver. (Took me two years before I saw sense, dumped her, and bought myself a brand new 12-string acoustic.) There was one on the web recently where they were asking £400 and it certainly wasn't in the best condition.
got one of these last month but it has had p90 pickups in it, the guy I bought it off of said that one of the original pickups were missing and the one he was going to replace it with he had already put in a resonator that he sold to one of the dixie chicks lol.

Hi Frank, thanks for the story. I don't have it anymore, but it was great to own and play something so old that had seen a lot of action.

Cool, it was a very unique guitar, sadly don't have it any more as I'm a bass player, I got it from a junk store.
