got one of these last month but it has had p90 pickups in it, the guy I bought it off of said that one of the original pickups were missing and the one he was going to replace it with he had already put in a resonator that he sold to one of the dixie chicks lol.

Hello, Martin. You’re doing such a beautiful job on this. No one on UA-cam so far is doing it this spot on. My issue is that I have no idea whatsoever HOW you’re getting the tone on those first two ghost notes at the very beginning. I’m stumped as to why I cant seem to get it. Can you help? Would you be willing to do a short tutorial? I’m obsessing about this and it’s keeping me up at night. Thank you! Edit: I just listened to the song closely. Is that even a bass or synth. Sounds like a synth to me. Edit #2. I was right and wrong. It’s a synth/bass do-hickie! A keytar.
