Yeah thats freaking insane actually. I can do 3-4 reps full rom FL row, but only if i use explosiveness. If i try it slow like that i just can't get past halfway.
Only people who ever did a pull up would even begin to comprehend how hard these are. Imagine if you couldn't even do a single pull up. Omg that would be my nightmare. I have only gone upto one arm pull up myself but this guy, holy shit. He is a monster
@@sharpmachete9581 there’s really no correlation also false grip muscle up is fully dependent on your bw when used to do them I was 165lbs and I could do multiple in a row slowly, know I’m 210 and I can’t even hold the grip 🥲

yes it's easier but u will anchieve only 1 skill, and also it's realy hard to recover in time for train it everyday.. i sudjest u to train at least 2 skills 1 push and 1 pull and alternate them :)
At the start u have to train strength to build basic strength.. but then u have to train lot of skills dynamics and statics. i sudjest u to reach 25 pull ups and 35 dips 10 muscle ups then u can train only skills and sometimes iff u want weigthed baiscs. Also untill u reach these reps (only strict form) train skills alternated with strength like 50 50
Thanks so much for the video!! Love it
My name is also Emanuel , and i hope to do the same move one day!💪

ohnoyoudidnt I did my first false grip muscle up but I can’t even hold a hanging L sit for a second.
@@youngman7655 How the hell did you do a false grip muscle-up without being able to do a hanging l-sit?

Wow, this man is a beast
Well that's what i call strength
1:00 i thought it was not possible to do a slow full rom front lever row
many front lever masters can do it, it is very hard but no where near impossible
it is still impossible without false grip.. waiting for the first one to do it
Gregor kowalik and some other can do it slow but very impressive
@@devidzoga3799 Manuel Caruso just did it
Great now do with no hand
