You never cease to amaze! Eat up all your tutorials but have to pause>rewind a lot as you “fly”. Did use the cloud one once making flames. Rest all new. Thanks for providing these.
The one for black & white adjustment layer trick blew my mind! I already see how to use it in my workflow. Didn't know any of the others too. Thanks for the tricks!
A great edition to your second trick, when creating your layer, make it a smart object. This allows you to go back and make adjustments to your flair if needed. Positioning, size, brightness or even the type. Great job
Hands down this is the BEST tutorial video I have ever watched on UA-cam. I have taken many online classes for Adobe products, including Photoshop, using Lynda.com and Creative Live and never have I seen these helpful tools. The one for lighting effects and the exact location will save me tons of time! I have watched many videos on UA-cam before including ones on your channel but this is definitely the most helpful. Thank you so much!
Hi, You gotta do more of this wonderful tutorials. I am sure millions of other people's find this tutorial helpful. I didn't know any of this photoshop tricks. Thank you very much ones second.
didn't know any of them, specially the b&w filter...coincidentally today i watched a tutorial from another instructor (not gonna say his name) he went too fast i didn't know what the H he's talking about to the extent that i commented that he should specify that his tutorials must be addressed to super advanced ps users...thank you...that was awesome
All of these tricks were new to me. My favorite is the Lens Flare alignment. Finally...a way to put it exactly where I want it!! The last trick will also be useful. Thanks for posting these, they are much appreciated.
Thanks for posting this tutorial. I only knew #5. I follow you regularly and it greatly enhances both the quality of my Photoshop work, as well as my enjoyment when working with the program. Keep up the EXCELLENT work.
Thank you so much for your amazing tutorials. :) I am just starting with PS and learn new tricks everyday watching your lessons! All of them were new for me.
Great tutorial video. I did not know any of these tricks and all of them will be useful to me! Thank you so much for sharing. Also, I like the pace at which you speak, when I am watching tutorials I want to know the information and decide quickly if it is useful to me. I can always go back and watch it again or pause it where I need to absorb the info.
WOW! Thanks for sharing. You were right, I didn't know these tricks. They are great, and I plan to use them and teach them to my photography students. Thanks again!
Been using Photoshop for many years. Knew none of these. Photoshop is amazing in that even after so many years of experience there are always so many new tricks to learn. Thank you for this excellent tutorial.
Photoshop Training Channel I actually prefer it fast like this. I like to work fast, and often times with slower talkers I get bored and I stop listening. Anyway, I did not know any of these tricks.
Photoshop Training Channel i think your pace was fine i don't like slow talkers that take 20 minutes extra to explain something when it could be concise.
No, don't slow down, you can always back up the video if you miss something. When someone on a video talks down to the audience it's so frustrating when you have to go back to catch something you missed and trawl through all the blah blah blah. A good tutorial is aimed at a certain level. Try to please everyone and you just lose your audience. No matter how slow you go there's always going to be some point an audience member zones out or gets distracted. It's the nature of being human. Don't change a thing! I just discovered your tutorials and they are the best I've found. I'm annoyed I haven't looked harder for tutorials before. I'm self taught up until now and there's an ocean of stuff I didn't know.
I am so glad I found your channel. I have been working in Photoshop since 5.0, and know a lot, but as the new versions came out, I just couldn't keep up with all the tips and tricks and new tools. You have helped me leap so far forward, my mind is exploding. Thank you so much.
I really have a lot to learn. I really like the black and white adjustment trick. The flare trick was cool too. I guess you can do that with any color not just white. Thanks.
I've been using PS for more than 15 years right now, so I didn't expect to get something useful out of this video - the bigger was my surprise that I actually didn't know any of these tricks - and even better: they're quite useful!
Knew some of these tricks, but learned a few new. Also, good to have a refresh on old tips and tricks. Sometimes I forget. Keep up the great work and helpful tips.
Awesome tutorial, thank you so much!! I'm an old hand at PS, but I didn't know any of this! Fantastic! If you have more tips like this - please, make another tutorial!
I only knew the clouds trick. Very excited to try the black and white adjustment layer set to luminosity to have better control over changing an image... Thanks for sharing all of these tricks!
You're amazing. I didn't know any of those tricks, and I do plan to use them. Would be nice if you could do some more exploring. Would like to know many of Photoshop's hidden gimmicks. Thanks again!
I may have seen these great "tricks" because I saw something that you recorded in the same area a few years ago, but I don't remember what it was. It could have been the same, but if it was I have forgotten. This time I took notes! I don't always learn something new in your tutorials, but I never get bored. Those I remember become important parts of my repertoire..
Wow, I had low expectations that I'll see tricks that haven't already been shown, because most videos show the same things, but this tutorial was great. I actually only knew one of them. The fourth and fifth trick were most interesting to me. Very cool & helpful, thanks!
PS user since 2002 and I didn't know any of these! The last one will help me out every day. I am always zooming in to work and then zooming out to see how it looks on the picture, so the side by side perspective is perfect.
Nice. The precise positioning for lens flare was great and I hadn't thought to use a black n white layer adjustment for luminosity control. Yes these will all go into the arsenal. Thanks and I'm glad I discovered your channel.
I knew some of the tricks but some times you jus limit you self to what you can apply it to and now that I know that can be useful to different uses! thx for sharing you knowledge.
Fantastic stuff. I use the "New Window for..." function all the time when I'm illustrating line art, so I can get zoomed way in without losing track of where I am in the piece. The others were all new to me, though, and I can't wait to try them out!
All of the tricks were new to me. Thank you very much. I especial liked the last one, how to work on the same file in two different windows. So, thanks again.
awesome! I only knew the luminosity blend mode on bw adjustment layer trick. these are so terrific. I can't believe I didn't know about advanced blending mode options. thank you!!
Excellent video Jesus, I only knew 2 of your tricks. The Black and White adjustment layer trick to change localised luminocity is very useful. Thank you.
Great tip for Black & White adjustment layer!
socreative Thanks!
You never cease to amaze! Eat up all your tutorials but have to pause>rewind a lot as you “fly”. Did use the cloud one once making flames. Rest all new. Thanks for providing these.
