I decided to add this stitch to my temperature blanket for Valentine’s Day! 😍 Thank you! The math didn’t work exactly but who cares!? Looks so stinkin’ cute! Great tutorial.
I'm definitely going to be making a few baby blankets for the NICUs in hospital. Instead of cutting off your yarn you can carry up your previous color & this way you won't have any ends to weave in. Then once completed do a simple border
This is so cute! I was wondering why the DC cluster at the beginning you pull through when it has 4 loops but the last one, the other half a heart, you pull through when it has 4 loops?
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I love the way you change colours by tying the ends together to secure them ❤ This is a beautiful blanket and as a beginner I feel I can tackle this by following your video 🙏🏻😘
When doing the slip knot, its better to have the working strand slide back and forth rather than the tail. The way youre doing it can come undone if its pulled in the right places. Gorgeous stitch though, definitely going on my to do list :)
Thanks for sharing and it’s absolutely so beautiful for a baby blanket! Just wonder if I wanted to space out the heart rows, would I just add the extra double and single crochet rows in between? Thanks again!❤
Well I really wanted to make this tonight. I found the third row extremely confusing. You say to crochet one into every stitch yet there are chain spaces and sometimes you crochet into the space and sometimes into the stitch. Can you please clarify as I just got the most beautiful yarn to make this. Thank you
You double crochet into every stitch except when you get to the chain 2 spaces, that’s when you go into the space not the stitch. I also want to let you know that your tension has to be even or the hearts on the next heart row won’t line up ❤
I’m making it a baby blanket for a baby in my family not knowing it’s gender I feel white and red heart is going to be lovely regardless! It’s fun and easy repeat!! Thank you!!
Lovely stitch thanks, how can we do it in round? I want to make a tote bag for my daughter, is it just a slip stitch into the other colour and start the new round?
No matter what I do my second row of hearts are always way off center from my first row. Very frustrating. The hearts are cute though. But my OCD won’t let me ignore the off center hearts.

Is there a suggestion for a finishing edge you can put all the way around the blanket when it’s completed?
I would put 4-5 rounds of single crochet boarder all around. This pattern is quite busy as it is, so it creates a lovely clean finish.
Thank you!

Hi thank u for teaching. Could u help with what to do to just follow this round a corner for a project where I want my granny square in middle?
Is there a written pattern for this ? I’m not sure if the single crochet is the second row to start a new row of hearts
I’m in need of a row by row pdf or word doc to crochet an afghan
Beautiful! Do you have a written pattern available, please?
I don’t at the moment but I will be posting these on my members page soon.
Thanks for watching my videos. X
How come in the beginning dc cluster you pull through all when it's 3 loops, but the others, you pull through all when it's 4 loops?
How much yarn would i need for a baby blanket. Thanks Sue
Can you please share what yarn you used? Thank you

What ply wool
Will you tell me the amount of yarn I will need?
Hi there, it depends on your project…
You will need 3 times the amount of grey yarn in comparison to red…

Is there a written pattern?

Is there written instructions anywhere?
I’m in the process of creating a website. hopefully should have that up and running soon. 🥰❤️
