Super helpful tips for not only onboarding but the long-term goals of retaining employees - we have 1-on-1 conversations for the new employee each week for the first 30-60 days to discuss how their training is going, do they feel safe, is there anything we can do differently to help them be successful, etc. Communication is key, right??
