I still can't believe I was the only person to order a Tempo from the LHS in Moncton, the bloody units were serviced there. Can't wait to get mine, it looks beautiful, wish I had enough money to get two but c'est la vie.

Glad you like it! Short lines and tourist lines rarely sell in enough quantities, but you never know.
@@rapidotrains Judging by how many C630Ms Bowser sold painted for the Cape Breton Central Nova Scotia Railway I bet you could hit minimum order quantities for a CBNS RS18.

As always great job. AH. But for those of us South of the Border how about tackling the AMTRAK VIEWLINER? As of today (8/30/19 and my 69th birthday) NO HO builder has made the VIEWLINER line. So with my Tempo pre-ordered and my ViewLiner in waiting I could, with REPIDO'S assist, have THE GREAT TRAIN RACE for my OP's. AH.

I never intended to buy a tempo set. Mainly because I live and model CN in Manitoba (I’m a CN kinda guy) buuuuut I just bought one. I needed new shot glasses for my Crown anyway lol.

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
The glasses that came in the original sets didn't turn out to be, but we have new dishwasher safe glasses available as replacements! If you purchased a set, get in contact with our warranty department via email and they can help.

@@rapidotrains I love your N gauge products. I maybe an N scale United States prototype modeler. But I would replace any N gauge product I have with anything you make that matches up. It's just far superior than what I can get out there so far anywhere. Please keep up the excellent work.

In person are those trains small or big. Ho
Depends on what you consider small, but these HO models are 1/87 scale. A passenger car like the Tempo is about 11 inches or 28 cm in length.
Rapido HO and N scale trains are the best there is.

Unfortunately no. You need to order from a North American or European dealer.
Also... do all the VIA cars have that shadowed CN logo on them?
Yes. You can probably pull it off with some judicious use of tape if you don't want it. The CNs were not very visible in later years.
@@rapidotrains I'll probably get someone a little more skilled to remove it for me. I am modelling the final year of the Tempo just before VIA sold off the cars.

Maybe a bit less plastic packaging
Rapido's use of plastic packaging for an entire year is probably less than one aisle at one big box store. Our models need to be properly protected, and so far plastic is the best way to do it. Luckily, very few people throw away our packaging.
