Great video! It's interesting that you do not need a permit for a shed greater than 200 sq-ft in Illinois. That is the threshold in Oregon, so I will need one for my 12x32 shed-garage.
Def. worth the price $/ I like the idea of warranty coverage. & do your own modifications as long as you don't mess with origin. framing of structure warranty should stand strong! Am I correct?
If the driver sets it on blocks for you then yes give him a bill or offer him one to do it for you. The floors rot out quickly if sitting snuggly to the ground on rails. You want a least 8" off the ground.
CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL ZONING FIRST TI SEE IF YOU CAN HAVE SUCH!#1 #2 IF YOU CAN MAKE SURE IT'S ON A CONCRETE SLAB & DBL. UP ON YOUR INS. ESP. IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING THE XTRA ROOM OUT!

That's pretty cool. It looks funny around 4:45 to hear the sound of an engine loading up then a whole building starts moving in the background.
Thanks for watching
What's that trim called they put around the door
I want one where did you buy shed from
To the moon!!! 🐶🚀
yes sir

I have 3 of them and they are built well.. Built indoors so never gets wet
Yeah, I am talkin moreso of doing own modifications inside. As long as main structure is not messed with over all warranty should stand.
That is freaking brilliant. Was the 11k including the slab?
An inside view/tour of the garage would have been nice.
its on gravel
Thanks for the video. We may be getting a shed soon. Do the delivery drivers accept tips? Not sure if I should leave a tip or not.
I have 3 of them, never tipped.... its expensive enough as it is, and they make good money

@@fishingfisherman-iv5ek do you mean setting it on blocks rather than in gravel and concrete floor??
How much did it cost in total, to buy, deliver, and install?
11,000 total about 4 weeks to get it
Are you happy with the quality of the Marten garage? I'm considering one myself.
I think there quality has down recently
@@addismultitasking3504 what does that mean?
MEANS THEY JUST THROW THEM TOGETHER & QUAILITY OF MATERIAL IS NOT UP TO WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IF YOU PICKED IT OUT YOURSELF!@@jmilz08

What recommendations would you give for someone who wants to buy a garage which can be used for car parking and also add up some living space.

Can you park an actual car in there? Concerned about the wooden floor.
