Why Ghana home builders don't build bedroom Closets? But rather put big huge wardrobes taking up space and not near enough room for clothes shoes, hats, belts accessories?
That's how I know I'm African❤️💛💚✊🏾🖤 I love the glass all throughout the home, from the staircase to the shower, I love the washer in the kitchen, very smart. I would love to walk from the kitchen into the wash room that leads to a balcony or porch for fresh air to hang clothes if I wanted, or a mud room from a garden. I can see me now Beautiful home ❤️💛💚✊🏾🖤 I would love to have that privacy and space from neighbors.

Nice house, price is honestly not on the friendly side. And most people that can afford this are in their early and late 50's. At those ages your body tense to hate steps because of all the pain you have put onto yourself to make that much money. I am in my 30's and I am planning on building a retire home and I am making sure no steps are involve.
Very nice ideas/ concept, but i am disappointed that all the major rooms dont have its own private balcony.. please, consider that into the remaining houses yet to be built.. Ghana is too hot, we need rooms with small balconys..thanks ❤
Why do African builders love to put in a washer in the kitchen? That doesn't make sense at all. Who washes clothes where they prepare food? A laundry room should be a separate room and/or close to the bedrooms where you usually take off your clothes or have dirty clothes. Otherwise, the home is very nice and I am haopy that the bathrooms have their own separate and enclosed showers and not those illogical showers directly above the toilets. Who wants to ALWAYS sit on a wet toilet?
Africa has the most expensive real estate despite poor infrastructure, crime and instability. For half the price you can. get better houses in Brazil with citizenship includes.
