I have the opposite problem. My hill brake wants to lock every time I press the brake. 48V Club Car Precident 06

Sounds like it may be bent inside causing it to lock. You should be able to remove the pedal assm. from the floor and inspect it. Should look like this..www.ecartparts.com/pawl-lock-assembly-club-car-2004-2009-precedent . Let us know if we can help. 276.632.8905
