Nice Job. Hope your back op goes well backs are the bane of the model engineer. benches and lathes... talking of which I am glad I am not the only one that like the back of the vice as a storage for remember this parts and tools. The thinners method is good however I suffer for a few days with headaches and sore throats. While you are in there save all the little pots they bring the meds round and nick all the air tubes.. Good luck and heal well.

It’s been a real struggle, had a bulging disc, I was spending most of my time laying on the floor, as sitting was too painful, the bed was too uncomfortable so usually woke in pain during the night and moved to the floor, just managed to put a brave face on and hide it for the videos. While doing this quick series I would do half an hour to an hour once or twice a day, that was probably too much, some days couldn’t even manage that. Well worth the question though, I was hiding it, maybe I’ll explain more in the next intro…
