I love tattoo bodysuits but damn never seen someone look this good with one, your tattoos are very pretty and very well done ❤
M i l a I love body suits, but mine isnt really a body suit. But thank you! ♥️
@ yes I realised later into the video when you mentioned you're planning to do your back and so on, anyway it looked like you're almost fully tattooed, should have listened till the end before I commented
Just subscribed, I'll catch up 😁
Think some people just pull looks off better than others but yes I agree she pulls of the look
The blackness of her tattoos are so pretty unlike those that turn dark green-ish
For the people that wanna know:
Ribcage, head, feet, ankles, wrist, hands, palms, armpits, and in her bio she says chest and sternum as well.
Not me wanting tattoos in my ribcage, chest, and sternum 😭😭
The ankle for me wasn't too bad :)
I never knew ankles were the worst, got my tattoo right above my ankle today and omg it hurt so bad
Bikini line** worst pain of my life
The pain from my right rib cage tattoo is agonizing. Everytime the needle touches my skin it felt like it is scraping the bone beneath. Almost regretted the placement but in the end it is worth it.
I’m doing a Japanese half-body piece and that whole sternum/rib/side/hip area feels like murder compared to most of the sleeve lol. I’m going to end up extending it to include the other half of my body/torso but I’m not at all looking forward to sitting through the ribs and stomach again.
That’s crazy interesting to hear. I had my entire left rib cage done tons of line work too and to be honest it was so relaxing and if I had to rate the pain it would be a 4 outta 10 sometimes 4.5. My piece took 3 hours. I just chatted with my artist and went into almost a meditative state. What did you do to cope with the pain during your tattoo? Super curious because I think it’s pretty cool that everyone does something different to cope.
My right side is definitely more sensitive than my left side and tends to get more bloody 🤷🏻♀️
I'm not sure if it's supposed to get bloody but, I don't hink so.
The way you can test how sensitive an area of your body is is to scratch or rub that area with one finger. Make sure to keep the same amount of pressure/intensity so that the test is fair. The more pain or sensation you feel, the more it’s going to hurt when getting a tattoo. Please be careful and don’t hurt yourself! Also please be aware that this is not the most accurate test there is, the only way to truly find out is by getting inked!
The most painful areas so far, without a doubt, have been my solar plexus and ribs. The first two sessions of my chest and abdomen piece were super rough. We started my back piece a week ago, which also goes down the glutes and to the legs. The glutes aren't quite as bad as the ribs, but it definitely sucks. It will be worth it though when we get it finished!
I love your neck tattoo. It is so pretty! It makes me want a neck tattoo even more!
I like your videos, i like your boyd transformation! You're great! When do you have the next tattoo appointment? Thank you for sharing your evolution and experiences.
I got the back of my ankle tattooed as my first one and oh my god that might have been the most painful feeling I’ve ever felt. But like you said, i was able to power through it because I knew it was temporary. It was more painful than when a filling in my tooth started to leak into the pulp of my tooth causing an emergency root canal. I ended up going to the hospital because I was in so much pain. The ankle tattoo hurt more than that but was quick.
You're absolutely gorgeous!
Great video, tattoos are so well done!
Just got my sternum done for my first tattoo and I didn’t realise how painful it would be I’m super happy that I got it 💁🏼♀️ ( stain glass rose design on the breastbone/ sternum)
That sounds like a truly beautiful tattoo tbh
Samantha Louise aw thank you!
Ima bout to get a 13 on my sternum, idk if im prepared for that pain tbh
I want to get a sternum one but really scared
Love your videos love your personality. I know your neck tattoo is going to look awesome when its fin.
Your tattoos look so good on you 😍🖤
The head is a spot that almost everyone seems to agree hurts really bad. But my best friend got an eye tattoo right in the middle of the back of his head. And he told me it didn't hurt at all. And it was the easiest one he's ever got. So weird how it can be so different from person to person. 🤷♂️
Oddly enough, I got my armpit tattooed, and it wasn’t really bad honestly. When it’s bad is where people get 6 hour flower pieces(my tattoo was 1.5 hours) and that hurts anywhere. What hurt to me the most was my wrist. I was in the middle of a 3 hour session, and as soon as she started on my wrist, it felt like she was scratching on my bone.
How the hell did you sit through getting your armpit tattooed?? I'd be in agony from pain and laughter at the same time. No way i'd manage to sit still😅
My sleeves ventured into my armpits a bit and it was bad, but I thought the elbow/inner wrist was way worse. Getting my chest done next month and can't wait to feel that pain :D
Hi, I just found your video! 😊 I have a foot tattoo, it is my only tattoo, and it hurt less on some parts than on others, but it was not as bad as I imagined before :) maybe I'll get more tattoos in the future
I have 4 tattoos. Right forearm, both Wrists, left Shin. The most painful was my right wrist, weirdly it hurt so much more then my shin.
My first tattoo was on my foot & was a breeze. I'm almost done with my sleeve & feel like the fatty areas hurt more than the boney ones. My hands & fingers were ok as well.
This is really helpful😭Thank youuu
it's crazy how much tattoo pain differentiates on different body parts. I have a half sleeve on my upper arm and fell asleep during it, yest when i was getting my 3 inch long tattoo on my wrist I almost blacked out! lmao
Does it hurt on your elbow (wrap around)? What it feels like?
The worst part of my armpit was healing it. The pain went away normally, I had no fallout and it healed quickly. However, you can’t wear deodorant or shave the area for at the least 2 week, at the most almost a month. My advice is to get it done in the winter, and shower frequently!
I just had my elbow tattooed... so painful! Swelled up so much
Very interesting video !
I juste have one remark : could you maybe just add the instagram of the artists ? It's always easier to find them afterwards if they have one
Alice Thirel will do thst in a sec, sorry, i forgot.
My first tattoo was on my head/neck and it was the least painful but maybe that was because the adrenaline since i was super nervous. The most painful for me was on my chest, on the collar bone felt like somebody was sawing into my bone with a butter knife 😬
I have always found that my right side hurts so much more as well. Not too sure why but I have my whole back tattooed and the right side of my back was 10x worse than my left
my ribs were definitely the worst, but recently i got my shin tattooed and it was so bad i couldnt finish it and the day after i got sick 😅
my wrist and back of my neck tattoo were my least painful so far but I’ve learned it’s usually a kinda 50/50 split on pain so I have no idea what to expect on my chest
I have both my hands and fingers tattooed the were some of the least painful tattoos ive gotten. My wrist is tattooed to didnt hurt at all
I did wrist as well. Not bad for me either
My most painful tattoo was a web on the front of my left knee. I had my right knee done the week before and my left knee was way worse. Luckily it was more simple so I didn’t have to sit as long. But holy crap super spicy.
My ribs & the middle of my back was my most painful tattoo ever but my knee cap tattoo didn’t hurt as much surprisingly
My left side always hurts more that my right side I even are more flexible on my right side than my left.
My shins were the easiest spot I’ve been tattooed. The chest and Achilles were the most painful
Same bro shins were sweet, Achilles and chest both a nightmare. although the arm has some easy spots too
My ribs man i was dying lmao
I know how you feel. My left side hurts more then my right side when i get tattooed. I got my armpits done and didn't feel anything. Just do it .
What about the neck and the throat? I do have back of the neck whole, and little bit of the sides, but I want to finally get front of my neck (the whole thing, going from the jaw down). I wonder, is it managable? Because Im like a little girl when it comes to pain!!! Also, it will be a heavy blackwork.
Got a shin tattoo appointment today 😍 pretty dang nervous. My spine was painful, but my sternum was the worst. I have a dermal on my chest, so I felt the needle on my sternum in it, and it hurt so bad. My underboob ribs were not too bad, hoping to finish the front ribs off shortly after my shin!
How was getting your shin tattoo done?
Getting my first tattoo on my collarbone. Is it really that painful?
Back of the knees are my most painful so far, but I want my neck tattooed sometime soon and I hear that can suck
I got a tattoo on my wrist and it didn’t hurt at all. Normal?
I’m nearly done and one side always hurts more then the other side
I was just asking people about the pain on one side question. It seems like a lot of people's dominant side seems to hurt less.
Does the side of ur wrist hurt aswell since theres bone there?
I've been working on a large piece that is partly on my lower ribs, upper hip and the side of my stomach. Each part feels different but the worst has been the stomach. Every time the needle touched my skin i felt the need to clench my abs and hold my breath, and it gets tiring after just 2-3 hours of tattooing! I've left the shop exhausted both times we've worked on it so far. I also have a piece right on the center of my stomach that goes right in between my ribs, just before the sternum. That was absolutely agonizing! I'd rather get my armpits tattooed than my stomach.
I got a hand tattoo a couple of days ago, was told it would be super painful by friends who believe it or not have tattoos so I believed them... it didn’t hurt, well it did but nothing too bad I sat there for the full 3 hours fine
I have forearm, bicep, hand, back, and ankle tats... Ankle was by far the worse one for me.
My most painful tattoo was my palm tattoo.. it only lasted an hour but it was the worst hour of my life. Funny thing is once it's over it burns for a minute and you stop feeling any pain at all like nothing happened. It takes about a month to heal though.
My left side hurts more then my right too I can relate
Auch! That's crazy, I hope I wont tap out when I get my palms done, but I know it will be worth it! Where can I see ur palm tattoos? Im interested in seeing what they look like. :)
How about the muscle tattoo did that one hurt ? I wanna get a name there but I’m a bit afraid I won’t handle it 🙁
I just got my right hand tattooed today after work got some geometric honeycombs ive been wanting next is medusa on the left side of the stomach.🤘🔥
Your
Accent
Is
Catchy / wonderful / ...
I was thinking of getting my first tattoo below my collar bone and i am nervous as hell.... And here i am to see if it will painful or not😹✌🏻
I got a tattoo right on my collar bone a few days ago and it was about a 2 or 3 in a pain scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the worst). Trust me they're nothing to worry about.
Nah fuck that the collarbone area hurts.
Got mine done last year. It's definitely a sensitive spot. But depending on how much work you get there. It was painful but definitely nothing like armpit or sternum
My right side does hurt more than the left one!!! I got the same tattoo on the same place on both legs, left one was easy peasy but the right one was similar to death x)
Zaza's Mind u remembered how it felt to die from a past life???
You have really nice tattoos
Yo your tatts are soo nice..!
My shoulder cap tattoo was painful..
Yes my right side always hurts more than my left (dominant) side. ^^
Can the needles accidentally reach the veins in my inner wrist?
Will my veins get damaged if the tattoo needle ends up puncturing them?
if done by a professional, then it is not possible, because the needle punctures the second layer of the skin, and veins are well underneath the third skin layer.
shins and kneecap were a joke to me after i got like 20 letters in small font on one rip, which felt like hell lol. cant imagine that being shaded or coloured.
Like.... it felt like someone tried to cut through my rip with a butter knife, while my whole body vibratet and tickled in a really strange painful way and also it hit weird nerves that gave me goosebumps and also hurt through my entire torso down to my hits with every hit the needle made into my flesh.
Couldn’t have described it better myself! My ribs and hip hurt like hell
@@alexisferdinand1261 Hip yess hurts like fuck🤦🏼♀️
I love how your whole "look" is turning out! 😻Since you go to just the one artist ( ? I think?) - it's also so cohesive. Anyway, for me the armpits would be the worst for the healing stage! Eeek! Sweating and itchiness and no deodorant for a couple weeks! Yikes. One last thing - I had both my ankles done in a somewhat large piece (for the ankle) - that goes down the feet, all the way around and about 4" up each leg. For me the WORST part was the healing. I went through the worst itchy phase of my life! And I couldn't shave for a while - and when I did, it made the itchiness come back. That took several months for my skin to just calm down - I mean, it was healed - but the itch was ready to come back with just shaving.
Thank you! Yes 80% of my tattoos in just one artist. I have tattoos on my legs that are other artists but my hands and neck are all Emils Salmins work. :)
omg, what - no deodorant?! Geez, I haven't thought about that but that does not sound good at all. But how was the pain?
Sounds so crazy! Haven't heard anyone have it that bad on the ankles. But we all heal our tattoos differently and our bodies handle them also very differently.
@ I haven't had my armpits done - but I'm sure you'd have to go at least a week (I'd go more like 2 weeks) without deodorant. Plus, you won't be able to shave for a while - and you might have the same problem I did with my ankles with the itchiness (maybe). Yeah, my ankles were just itchy af - to the point of keeping me up at night, until I figured out using ice packs on them. They are good now and I really love the tattoos - large flowers and a blue morpho butterfly with swirly, kind of art nouveau designs mixed in. The pain on my ankles was definitely there - but I didn't mind it that much. It's the healing that I hate. 😆 Yes, we definitely all heal differently. My arms were a piece of cake (as I think most are). Can't wait to see your neck tattoo finished. It's turning out really beautifully! 💞
I had my artist tattooing my collarbone a couple weeks ago and could feel it i my teeth.
About to have my sternum done on Monday😬😬 Hoping its not too bad.
The inside of my 💪 is my #1 MOST PAINFUL.
Edit: Sternum was a breeze. The stomach has been rough. Still not as bad as the 💪 .
Edit. The stomach was rough but it's still not as bad as the inside 💪
Lol when i got my sternum tattooed i wanted to die, different for everyone i guess
Update 4 months later.....Sternum hurts, stomach was therapeutic and my ribs felt like i was being carved like a turkey. Almost done and almost full frontal torso!! I want a head tattoo but i want something masculine yet attractive. I find most head tattoos scary and thats not what i want
@@honestlynate7922 okay so you're basically just flipping it around lol
I got one in my bare bicep (not inner, like... in the top? ), but i want inside bicep, it hurts the sameway that in top of ?
I'm getting my upper half sleeve today and been dreading inside of the upper arm lol. Greeeeat:)
Yeah my new tattoo on the top of my palm it hurts later on lol lmao lmfao but it isn't that painful like the rib cage area lol
Looking a lil rough yea right drop dead gorgeous 😍
How about the inner bicep?
The right side of my body hurts wayyyyy more than my left!
Lol ok, no side rib area for me for a first tattoo. Got it!
Am 19
And want to have a tattoo but my mom would not allow it
I got a tattoo on the ribs but also it hit my hip, not gonna lie the hip was quite painful/agonising.
my ribcage kneecab elbow back of the knee foot ankle hand face head armpit and sternum was really bad the rest of my body was ok
For me the left side is worse than right :) the worst was the left side of my head, especially behind my ear. I remember both sides behind the ears as being the worst part of my head tattoos.
My palm was by far the worst pain I've had yet from a tattoo. Hands down. No pun intended.
Yeah haha my first tattoo was on the back of my rib cage and when I had to stretch for a certain portion of it that shit hurt 😂 but worth it
What about the inner bicep cause I’m getting that part tattooed next week and don’t know what to expect?
Tanèya Cohen hurts like a bitch depending how big tattoo is
Girl how was it
Getting mine in a couple of weeks
The top of my foot was definitely the most painful for me
Chest, sternum, lower back, butt cheeks, and the spine were no fun 😒 hips, ribs and stomach weren’t too terrible for me personally but a lot of people I know struggled with those areas
Is it painful to get a tattoo above the bellybutton? I’m thinking about getting a tattoo above the bellybutton
Christopher Button probably not
I have my foot, ankle and wrist done wasn't to bad. The trap area was the most painful for me.
I can barely feel my feet would that be a good spot to get a tattoo
Lol what why
@@sandwich2cool I had a surgery near my nerves and they messed something up
Please reply to this. your tattoos are damn good. It was just awful ❤️🤞🏻& I have almost twelve tattoos on my body and i am planning to get full wrist tattoo would you please suggest me something to get and i love mandala tattoos should i go for this.
Thanks and lots of love from india.
my head elbow keecap ribcage back of the knee face and armpit was bad the most what was only boddering me were my hands feet my ankle my wrist and fingers the rest of my body my thigh upperarm fore arm inner arm inner thigh my back schoulder stomatch my calf etc was ok lmao i have my whole body tattooed so yeah
Omg I’m the same way…. My right side though hurts more than the left lol.
90% of my body is ink up most painful spots for me are rib cage, thigh, stomach, neck,
I think I want my sternum done one day, but I'm so scared that I won't be able to handle it :O
Do that! :) I think you have to understand how bad you want the tattoo and the pain will only be temporary. But if the pain is too bad or u are too scared of it there are always numbing creams that can help out! :)
@ That's true! Thanks :D
You be ok. It's terribly painful there. Not as bad as armpit. But it's pretty shitty. But you'll survive and be happy when it's over
I wouldn't worry about a head tattoo, although I'd never get one, because I HAVE had my head cut open before
Not the same at all
@@ironrangerw6r1 it doesn’t matter. My pain threshold is too high.
My armpits were easy peasy breezy! It was more painful on the outer area than the inner part. But healing it... That's a different story! Ankles were pure horror.
Great video you are hilarious! LMAO. Nice ink!
My right side kills. Left side is a breeze lol
I’m getting my sternum tattooed soon! My consolation is tomorrow! Ima j pop in headphones and try and distract lmao
Ashley Bostick gooooood luck on that 🙏🏻
I want a sternum tattoo, do you mind telling me how your experience went when you got yours done??
First tattoo was on my upper right side of my ribcage. Once that needle in the beginning before it dulled slightly and it was horrible to not jerk, honestly went years after and this guy was less heavy handed as the first artist but it was a much bigger piece over 4 sessions. BUT YOU TRULY DO HAVE TO EARN YOUR INK! Would live to meet that person who said that tattoos don't hurt. Call him/her and knock him out. SPOILER ALERT/WARNING FOR THOSE GOING TO EVEN THINK ABOUT A TATTOO PLEASE GET A GOOD ARTIST. DON'T LET YOUR FRIENDS DO IT. BTW START THINKING ABOUT BLACKS/GREY'S OR GOING COLOR. AS I HAD JUST BEEN DOING BLACKS AND GREYS, THEN HAD MY DAUGHTERS ART DEY BEHIND HER FOOT PRINTS AND NAME/D.O.B. AND I THINK THAT I'M GONNA HAVE TO ADD COLOR TO MY OTHER ONES ADD IT'S OFF...
Me,2 days ago..i have my ribs tattooed.. my second tattoo :)) anddd,it was soo painfull
Sorest for me were, in order from least to worst: Arms(easy), chest (not bad), neck (not bad), back of hands (sore), genitals (very sore), nipple (very sore but small enough that it wasn't awful), wrists(starting to get up there), fingers (horrible), around the eyes (excruciating), palms (absolutely the worst, nothing comes close, except maybe splitting my tongue, actually worse than breaking my wrist)
I sweated profusely on one of my upper foot tattoos. Easily my worst area.
Elbow and stomach were my most painful places! It was horrible 😭😂
“ Most Painful Place for a Tattoo “.
Your Body ...
I think the worst that I have had so far is the elbow... Soon the hand, I dread a little 😅
Lince Otaku my elbow has definitely been the worse!!
My shin was the most painful so far, but I only have my lower legs done. Let's see when I go in for my knee lmao
Neel Verma knees are on and off, some spots hurt so fucking much and some spots you won’t feel at all, but they look cool, so definitely worth it
I’m surprised wrist was on there. I got mine done as my third tattoo and it felt like cat scratches haha.
Same
Has anyone gotten a tattoo on their outer ankle? I want my first tattoo to be a sun on my right outer ankle and since its boney (I've heard most people say boney places hurt worse) and I'm a bit nervous
Hello! I just got my outer ankle tattooed today and I’m not exactly sure if it was due to my pain tolerance or the fact my artist is light handed, maybe both??? But it really didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would!!!
Outlining went like a piece of cake until my artist got to a specific spot, I appreciated the fact she also gave me a heads up about it. The part that hurt is the part where it gets near the inner part of your ankle, that curving part (idk how to explain this without pics). Anywhere, it wasn’t the needle that was bothering me but more so the vibration coming from the tattoo machine + I think that also was causing my leg bone to vibrate a bit since the vibration was slowly traveling up my leg.
Shading:
1st round went smoothly tbh.
2nd round? The pain started to kick in tbh I was so close to asking my artist to stop 😅
3rd round? Ngl hurt a lot (but still manageable to tolerate the pain) since your skin keeps getting tattooed over and over again in the exact same places. Just as when I was going to ask my artist to stop so I could catch a break, she was actually done with the tattoo so that took me by surprise.
Also, this was my first tattoo if that info helps as well!! :)
@@Marwee thank you so much! Im just doing the outline for it so thats good 😅.
@@laurenmyers2261 No problem!!! Ohhh also one more thing, my tattoo is approximately 5 inches wide so that also definitely played a part! If it was way larger than that then idk if the pain would’ve been worse
@@Marwee was this on the inside or the outside of your ankle?
@@laurenmyers2261 this was done on the outside! 😊
My knee was my most painfull tattoo! It was hell lol
my left body hurts more than my right because of a car accident in the past im going to risk the pain tommarow for my first joker 🃏 tat on the left hand ... PRAY 4 ME YALL
