m2 50. cal's are shaky at best when it comes to operational reliability, and not because of the gun itself, but dipshits operating it. It was made back before they completely Idiot-proofed every infantry weapon. Its probably just as likely that you heard someone else's story given how many dipshits have been injured by these bad boys.

I sold a peanut butter pouch to somebody for $20 one time and some other guy sold a pack of Skittles to somebody for $50.

Adam Fairless nope! The peanut butter pouch from an MRE has enough for about two pieces of bread and the Skittles that sometimes come in MREs are just the regular-sized Skittle packaging (2-3 handfuls).
