Emotional Mastery - Day 2 - Splenic Authority - Fear vs Intuition

I often wake up with fear and anxiety. Does this then mean that I shouldn't do it? Is the fear a sign I should abort the project? Throughout the years, I find that this fear was the one thing holding me back from doing the things I really desired.
