bro enabling hardware acceleration on xfce4 ubuntu chroot u r .deb has dependency problems even apt fix didnt fixed it.. do u have updated driver .deb which are compatible with letest libs
Hey man, thank your for the good video. Theres any way to use my server on different citys remotely? I will make a whitelist of IP for seccurity reasons (each one in every city use a fix network point , Just one network by user)
I know that you can do almost anything via ssh,but what if there is something to do on the android screen? is there anything youre using to connect remotely to it like VNC or similar? Is just cause i will stash the phone away and would be kinda annoying to fetch it just to click something on the screen.
Good afternoon! Is it possible to run the proot-distro distribution with xfce4 (or other graphical shell) directly via ssh, in MobaXterm in X11 tab? thanks! 😅
Grazie per il bellissimo video, sei molto chiaro ed esplicativo. Però non riesco a capire i passaggi dal minuto 2:20 fino a 2:58. Qualcuno puo spiegarmelo dettagliatamente? Grazie a tutti☺
How do we want to download the Android TV Settings application program on Android phones? The name of the application is tvsettings. Also, how do we want to download the Leanback launcher for Android TV on the mobile phone and how do we want to run it?
I think it's ok solution IF you have unused phone laying around and microsd card. Otherwise just get proper hardware. These android devices are pretty good for small tasks. I have successfully ran minecraft server on an old LG G3 phone, ran horribly but worked! I guess newer phones would run much better.
It's amazing that you are covering this had searched alot for a video which can make android phones as a budget nas can't wait 😁
hahaha I hope you like it :)
This amazing 🎉🎉@@LinuxDroidMaster
Finnaly I can use my tablet as a server. Thanks 👍🏻

did you try in other envs to see if it works? For example debian proot
which Emulator are you using in your windows to run termux
It is not an emulator, it is my tablet connected to the PC and mirroring the screen with Scrpy

I don't think a whitelist of IPs that can change is a good idea, better setting a ddns or using a VPN

It is something I would like to investigate, check Anydesk app, I think you can control your device with it

😅
I think so, I have never done a X11 forwarding through SSH but it should be technically possible
@@LinuxDroidMaster Thanks! I'd love it if you made a video on this topic.
Is it possible to host smb server on anfroid by any means?
My old nas requires smb1 for file sync!
I show how to setup a samba server in this video or check this app: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.serversultimate&hl=es

Thanks a lot! I will prepare a video about how to run a telegram bot from an Android device after my summer vacations :)

I don't think it is possible, if the apps are only available for that Android TV you mention
@@LinuxDroidMaster ok
Bro whats your device launcher or launcher your using
The device in the video is a Mi Pad 4 with Nova Launcher
Since you needed root that means the android device is rooted right?
Yes, but it is only needed to mount the external USB HDD, not needed to set SSH and so
@@LinuxDroidMaster what software do you use to root?
@@jackkraken3888 it depends on your device, in my case Magisk
