New Brake Pad & Rotor Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1APBS03757
This video shows you how to install front brake pads and rotors on your 1997-2003 Ford F-150. Brake pads wear out over time, much like tires, and need replacing, on average, every 50,000 miles, with variations depending on driving habits and environment. Brake rotors may also need to be replaced if they are warped or grooved. Often, it’s safer and more cost effective to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Squealing or grinding noises, or wheel vibration are all symptoms of worn brakes.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    1997 Ford F-150
    1998 Ford F-150
    1999 Ford F-150
    2000 Ford F-150
    2001 Ford F-150
    2002 Ford F-150
    2003 Ford F-150

Heads Up: Though it doesn’t say it, this is for the *4WD* model (you can see the shaft in the back shots). The 2WD model is significantly different, because it uses an integrated brake rotor/bearing race/wheel studs unit. For that, you remove the dust cap => cotter pin => nut & washers, and the whole rotor and bearing assembly will then easily slip right off the spindle. But if you don’t know this and try to follow the video steps to remove the rotor from the (non-existent) backplate, and maybe think it’s stuck/frozen (not an uncommon occurrence), you can heat and hammer and press all day and nothing will ever move. It’ll turn a five minute job into several hours of cursing and busted knuckles until you figure out where you made the wrong turn.

This is for the 4WD version. Can you upload a video on how to replace the rotor/hubs on the RWD version?

I have a F-250 7 lug late 96 truck.3door.v8. teg 8ft bed. But so far this has been the closest but if you get parts from advance Auto they're different than the parts from AutoZone

Make sure you compress both caliper canisters at the same and they compress fully. If not you won't get your pads on there

Will it harm anything if the wear sensor is on the outside?

Do not let a mechanic take your caliper off and soak it in three in one oil the moment you get oil inside your valve their it screws are whole caliper if your part is not working properly go get a new part
