Decoration Looks awesome really nice looking. Does not seem to be a way to remove wings easily once skid plate glued on ?. Maybe im missing something thanks brother
Lately, I've been flying with an XK Sky Dancer and I'm used to it, but would it be too much of a jump to start flying the Fw190D-9 after practicing with the former? Also I'm a beginner
I just used a white acyllic paint with a brush. Just paint a circle on the tip and then slowly turn the prop (manually) while you bring the bruch backwards. Pretty simple
@@MotionRC another question. I know you put a gyro in your plane but does it need to have one in to fly it well? I read somewhere else that you do because it's unstable to fly. Thank-you
There really are so many options but if you think RC is going to be something you will stick with, then it makes sense to grab a transmitter that can store a lot of different models, so then you just need to grab a new receiver for each aircraft and they all fly from the same transmitter. These transmitters do just that, and each one comes with one receiver that would work perfect in here, but remember, there is a learning curve with any transmitter, so do your research. There are many different protocols out there www.motionrc.com/collections/rc-radios?_=pf&pf_t_number_of_channels=6%20Channel&pf_t_number_of_channels=8%20Channel
Great video James, but I disagree about the motor brake. I was breaking props left and right not using the brake before, but since I use the motor brake now I don't break props anymore, unless I crash lol.
Ok guys my girlfriend got me my Dora for Christmas! It is beautiful! Quick question. Is the prop supposed to be offset to the right like mine is? I assume its to counter torque? Just seems extreme. But this is my 1st "high performance" bird. I learned on the cheap Volantex p51 and love flying! Thanks in advance for your help.
I had the same worry’s with my umx turbo timber but it flew perfectly fine “aside from needing trims” so I guess the only way to find out is to fly it and keep it tame for a bit
If it is on then yes, I would recommend turning it off so when you land the prop can push away from the ground. When it is on then thew prop can fix in a vertical position when you land and you'll break more props.
Ok so first off if you plan to use no gyro, DONT BUY THIS PLANE horrible experience in the first 10 seconds of maiden flight. Plane looks great and fast, unfortunately this plane flies completely out of control with no gryo. Literally wont fly straight in no wind conditions. Im using a 6 channel futaba transmitter and 2200 3s admiral, high rate, everything bound and controls not reversed. First crash immediately broke the battery hold down, really wasnt that bad of crash a little crinkle in the cone nothing too major. So i robbed the velcro patch from the esc to hold the battery as a field fix. Tried flying again hoping i was just bad at flying for some reason but just ended up in two peices in a 10 seconds again. Sooo im gonna put it together again with a gyro and see how it goes. Very disappointed with my experience. I can fly the f22 64mm jet without a gyro no problem. Why the h*** cant i fly this plane without a gyro??
I just love FWs and this baby looks amazing. Great video James. Thanks for posting and big salute from Slovenia, Pilot Robert
You guys will love this one!
@@MotionRC Must check it in the store. Oh yeah.
Cant wait for the P47 bubble and Bf109G14 to show up this year, and zero ,
It does look great James! Easy but fast!
I'm so tempted to get one of these to airbrush into a Red scheme.

It looks like it's only two screws remove the wing, for me it's so small it would be easy just to keep it together.
Do you think it could support a small camera in the cockpit

1st question, do you have a transmitter? You will be your own TX, RX and battery to start
@@MotionRC I have a Futaba 6K T-FHSS transmitter. Why do you ask?
@@shaunohare3004 ahh, I was assuming you had the RTF sky dancer. Some get those and think they can use that transmitter
How would you paint the front cowl the spiral you suggested? I want to do this.

Best glue for the skid plate?
How do u turn the brake off on the esc. I threw the manual away on accident?
I hope flightline makes a remodel of their FW-190 and make the landing gear more accurate as well as the props
Can I buy as my first aeroplane? Is it good for beginners?
I have a question what is consider neutral on the elevator halves? I also posted this on the hobby squawk if any has a pic of theres thx

Vn. How about a zero next
Really nice plane but I wish they would put wheels on them I like taking my planes off from the ground and not having to hand launch it

Nobody fly in the park with this plane...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I'll make another video no gyro. She's amazingly stable when set up correctly with or without a gyro
Thank you very much, i would greatly appreciate the effort put into that video.
