Enjoyed the gadget list, useful tips. To the Scrubba bag, I would add the South African invention, the Increda peg. I took a length of thin rope and a handful of Increda pegs to hang my washing when walking part of the Camino Very cool and lite plastic pegs that can slide or lock. Also use them for camping for hanging washing, or torches etc
Nice! I'll be putting ours to use over the next few months. We'll probably have to switch to a local gas bottle in Morocco. And I have to eventually fix our fridge. 🙄

Fun and informative. Nice one guys. The power bank.. once fully charged how long does it last? All depends on what you are charging I suppose ? We are thinking of getting one.. ?
It will depend on the capacity of the power bank as well as the draw. As example, we have the Ecoflow River 2 Pro which has a capacity of 762Wh . If you fast charge a cellphone with USB C it might use 30W per hour. So the bank will reach zero in 25 hours. If we use a high performance laptop it uses 100W per hour. Etc. You will need to figure out what your requirements are and scale accordingly. One option would be to get a folding, portable solar panel to charge the bank when parked, and you can also charge it with 12V from your car at around 100W per hour (8Amps). Hope this helps!

You asked for our favourite gadget… in our case we think it’s the either the Nighthawk router 2 love that .. or the 2 passive LED USB moveable lights we have, they last for ages and charge real fast.

It was that much searching Amazon by name but I went back to your recommendation and followed THAT link and sure enough it was less than 6€ with free delivery! Enjoyed this blog and am looking forward to what we hope will be six months around Europe stating on the Spring and eating toast.

This model, strictly speaking, no. But we mostly use it sideways and it's fine. There are other Leifheit vacs than can be used upside down but they get bulky.

Dealing with condensation is just so much easier. We used to constantly mop up the moisture and then had to somehow clean the glass every time
