Pedestrian Scared in Crosswalk? Result of Nonstop Drivers RUNNING Stop Signs?

just before 30 seconds mark you'll see him stopped on left side anticipating me to just run it.
this was this morning on my way to work. I always stop at stop signs and red lights before turning right. I count to 3 then go...as a dog walker, walk outside often for exercise, I am very bothered by such things cause I've almost been hit many times at such crosswalks.....usually by cars turning right at STOP and they roll over the crosswalk lines only looking left, then turn right as they turn.......absolutely horrible drivers
