Lords of the Fallen Lightreaper Boss fight NG+ Partial cheese! Poison

Hey gamers. I'm continuing my journey though NG+ on Lords of the Fallen. I have a strength / Agility build and really struggled against this boss 'normally' Like a lot of the NG+ bosses in this game the LightReaper has massive health and can kill you with one combo, so you got to be perfect.
I ended up using a partial cheese, I hit him with enough Enhance Poison Javelins to get the effect to start and then try and not get hit. The second phase was much harder to get the effect to take hold as he was so aggressive. Got there in the end :-)
