Drone flight around the Jay Dam and powerhouse on the Androscoggin River, licensed by Eagle Creek. Eagle Creek now owns the Riley, Jay, Otis, and Livermore developments, which were originally built to support the International Paper Company pulp and paper facilities nearby.
The Jay powerhouse was built in 1912 and is equipped with six turbine/generator units with a combined rating of 3.1MW. The Jay dam includes three dam segments spanning two islands in the river. The existing dam was built to replace an earlier dam built at the same site.
