- This is my Honda S2000 with my bee*r launch control.

my car has full Stock exhaust with an injen cold air intake
Audio is recorded with my Rode Videomic so the audio is decent quality
due to HUNDREDS of messages im sorry if i have a hard time replying to all, explaining wiring is hard over messages, with this video being as old as it is i appologize i dont remember much.

ive only ever heard of one other s2000 online that has it so its pretty rare

The only reason I would want something like this is to set up flat foot shifting. My cobb accessport already has launch control, however in my particular generation vehicle flatfoot shifting is not an option with the accessport for some reason. I still think I am just going to go with a standalone ECU and a clutch position sensor.
Please don’t launch at 5 tho, that’s a great way to spend a lot of money. AP1 need to rev to at least 6800-7300. We need tire spin so we don’t break a diff or shaft
The Chad i have -5 degrees camber in the rear so i have a hard time griping much at all when launching and i usually launch at 4,000 rpm. and i never just dump the clutch. i usually ride the clutch till just before vtec. its not really the pressure put on the driveline that hurts it, its the initial impact of launching that breaks things, such as dumping the clutch at high rpm and breaking the tires lose. i never worry about it tho because i honestly vary rarely launch the car, i rarely hardly even drive it anymore. its just my garage queen at this point. thank you for your concern tho, not many people realize honda made the damn rear end basically out of fragile glass
just don’t dump the clutch and bog the engine and he’s fine lol
get a Kpro for it. you won't regret it completely different car once a kpro is tuned to an f series engine😊

I’ve got this haltech one can’t find it anywhere but it’s a 6 step thing like you got 6 modes on the rev limiter side then you got the crackle pop rev limiter and I thinks it goes up to 5 but they installed it in a away it looks like a came factory with my car like you know how you have your switch on like your newer fancier cars were you change your head light setting yeah looks good but can’t find it anywhere 🥺
For 4 cylinders u are suppose to cut the grey wire on the loop

can you launch if you let off the e break
yep, you put the car in gear pull up ebrake, hit the gas and when your ready to launch you let out the clutch and let off the ebrake at the same time 👍

Why not wire it into the clutch switch? (Assuming your car has one)
i attempted to, the clutch wire going in and out has constant power for some reason, so the clutch in or out it was stuck on 2 step
@@zachary_mullinswire it to the brown signal wire not the ground, I installed mine yesterday and have it set to the clutch
i have a wrx with a cobb accesport with the stage 2 tune on it. could i also put a bee r at the same time? or will that not work?

is this bad for the motor if you do it occasionally? would it shoot flames with a decatted exhaust?
cdwag23 it can be, ben running it for well over a year no issues with occasionally doing it. currently have a test pipe and no mufflers and it doesent shoot flames unless u set the 2 step as low as it will go and pump the throttle, so it wont shoot flames if you have it set for launching properly

Not necessarily depends
If the limiter is at low rpms probably won't pop and bang
If its at like half way it'll probably pop
Also depends on your exhaust setup

On mine there is three did u cut all 3
+garcia suspect i forget, i believe i only cut the grey wire for mine, id double check to make sure u cut the proper ones for the number of cylinders u have

what rpm and gain do you run it at for bangs/flames? I have a full headerback but I can’t seem to get good results
has to be straight piped from the manifold back to spit flames, anything that restricts flow such as cats, mid box and back box will stop it from spitting proper flames

im looking into the berk 3 inch headerback exhaust, its not my daily so i dont mind it being a little loud. i may try doing the uk mod along with the test pipe i still have yet to instal until then tho 👍
Zachary Mullins I see. Have you thought about the Invidia test pipe and maybe an HKS or Tanabe Medallion exhaust?

+RolanTHUNDER i have purchased a test pipe but i have yet to instal it, the uk mod is a modification to the stock exhaust to make it a bit louder, basically sort of bypasses one of the loops in the stock exhaust muffler. there are some forum posts about it with pictures, im sure any exhaust shop can do it for pretty cheap 👍

Lit Nigga yes sir, im naturally aspirated. this is used if u want 2 step w either a stock ecu, an ecu without 2 step option or if u just want to be able to adjust via a dial instead of a computer. 👍 u just tap the wires from the box to the pin outs of the ecu wiring harness

the the shitiest Rev limiter ive seen on youtube like Wtf dude ...
still works after like 4 years 😂 i still dont plan on upgrading my ecu cause the stock one handles the 75 shot of nitrous just fine. its just an ignition cut limiter its never not worked
