Join us in this inaugural episode of PKCC Dojo, a new series in which we jump into the dojo to train and teach with PKCC guests and other martial artists.
In this episode, we head to Legacy Martial Arts and Fitness in Kitchener, Ontario with Kyoshi Randy Dauphin (7th dan under Hanshi Gary Legacy) who teaches us some fundamentals on karate kicking. He is assisted by PKCC Producer and 4th dan in karate, Robert Chlumsky.
