Have you guys had any issues with the grease fittings not taking grease? It seems this is the story of my fricking life! Any tips on this or should I just plan on replacing the fittings?
One of the rear fittings did that. We depressed the ball valve in it a couple times with a metal scribe and then it took grease. We’ve never had this happen before on anything so we didn’t mention it. Maybe it’s a more common issue with these machines?
Sounds like your bushings are shot to me, maintenence is great but neither grease or torque with fix the problem. Great video tho.
We had bushings on hand just Incase but they were fine. Grease and torque for the win on this one kid.
@CameronsonCamera not trying to be offensive just know bushing shouldn't give you play like that sport, certified heavy mechanic.
How did it work? Mine have loosened up several times.
The front has loosened up again since we made the video so I put lock tight on it and haven’t had any more problems with it. If it happens again I’ll try to find thinner nuts and jam nut it
