    Total wine and Liquor... World Market (usually) love it .... add cut up fruit (oranges,apples, pineapple) and it can be "cut" with orange or apple or cranberry juice......great on cold nights watching tv, yes we have cold nights in Texas.....loved how they made those rolled desserts.....have a great Christmas you'all...... my 71 year old Polish American eyes leaked alittle at the Christmas lights....

      Hi from Los Angeles! I am of Polish descent, Krakow is where my family comes from, sadly I’ve not been to Poland...yet! I am an accomplished home cook and found your channel through looking for authentic Polish recipes. I could not be more happy, your channel is lovely, a pleasure to watch. Polish your Kitchen is delightful, informative, super fun and helpful. Cruising around your town & the surrounding areas is great too, such a pleasure to see. Thanks for the relaxed honest content the FAB recipes and tips, wishing you both an excellent holiday season, Happy New Year! Warmly ~ Alison Savior-Frye

    That was lovely. Thanks for showing us around! The mugs you showed at the market towards the end of the video are beautiful. Perfect shape and size. In Ontario we have a polish pottery store which is similar to your collection in your kitchen, although not identical. It’s very popular among the our locals as it is unique to what most people are ordinarily used to.

    Ok so since I r been binge watching, I haven’t heard why you are so worried the cops are going to arrest you when you’re out and about on Fridays. What’s the rules of Covid there?
    I love walking through the Christmas Market, beautiful things. Absolute love the pastry boards and cabbage graters, beautiful!
    Good luck this year 🍀 or better yet, blessings to you and your families 🙌🏻👊🏻🕊

      The rules are not eating or drinking at these types of events. There was a pretty heavy Police presence and they were eyeballing us because we were filming. It seems any reason is a good reason to get a ticket now days.

    Brrr, hope you are staying healthy and well. Just an observation and hope not to offend anyone but in the last few videos there are so many people walking and so many that don't look overweight even with all the amazing food, baked goods and drink available. I wonder if the ingredients are purer and fewer chemicals? Next Friday will be Christmas, I'm guessing that you will not be out and about; maybe a video of what you have prepared and how your holiday is at home?

    • @markhurning8051
      @markhurning8051 4 роки тому +2

      Helena, I think it’s because until recently there was not very much pre-packaged meals, ie hamburger helper, TV dinners etc. people here generally cook at home from real ingredients. Portions are usually smaller at fast food joints, and people walk a lot in Europe. But I have seen over the last few years that waist bands are expanding slowly. Thanks for watching!

    Kołacz is supposedly not Czech either.
    At least I once heard a Czech dude stating it's not theirs and pointing to Hungary.
    Then again maybe Hungarians point further south to the Serbs and Serbs point to the Greeks. And Greeks point.. to the sea..
    😁
