1995_07_05 CNW Short Line Jct Des Moines C44-9W GP7 DMU Sign

A C44-9W is seen shoving grain cars northward but I don't know where they were going. A GP7 high hood is heading westbound across the Spine Line and a Minneapolis & St. Louis (MSTL) hopper is spotted in the train. We take a quick look at the NS office and an empty west yard. This must have been around the time that NS moved their operations to BN's Glake yard in southeast Des Moines. The GP7 is seen again downtown crossing the DMU track by the NS yard office. A DMU sign and an IAIS GP10 are also spotted.
