Fun fact: the Giants jerseys you spoke of were replaced by what they wear today, which is also the original throwback, because the then throwback was so popular when they introduced it in the 1990’s that management moved back to their original look. Same thing would later happen with the Jets (though they have sense changed back to their 80’s look), 49ers and (kind of) the Bills.
Man I wonder why people would get offended by a name like REDSKINS and not something like The Chiefs. It's really just so confusing why that's the case. Same thing with the logos. What's wrong with a racist and inaccurate depiction of an American Indian?
The one thing on the Bengals original is the history behind it. Mr Brown was removed from the team he made in Cleveland so the one thing he wasn’t going to let them take was the uniforms he designed when he created the Browns and got removed then made the Bengals. If I got removed from a team I created and the uniform design was my own and original I wouldn’t let someone else keep me from continuing to use it either.
Younger people don't seem to understand that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers "Creamsicle" uniforms were ridiculed and considered the worst uniforms in NFL history up until just recently. I remember when they redesigned them in 1997 everyone breathed a sigh of relief that those ugly uniforms were gone. So I find it humorous that fans now think they were so great.

The Browns spent their best years in the all-white, classically understated. They wore the white as the home uniform through the 1960s, including the '64 championship year, and during the mid-1980s of the Kosar years. In the 60s other teams would choose to wear white at home to "jinx" the Browns. The Cowboy's "blue jersey jinx" was started with losses in Cleveland. Kind of a shame because the royal blue may have been their best jersey ever.
I’m not sure how to feel about the Redskins/Commanders/Football Team. I know they changed the name because it was supposedly offensive to Native American people but then I keep hearing that the majority didn’t want the change and are petitioning to get the name changed back?? Now everyone on TV who grew up with the team has been calling that team by that name for 40+ years so every now & then you hear the old name slip out and they start apologizing as if it’s taboo. I personally prefer the old name because of the rich history of that franchise had with some of their players that I loved (Sean Taylor, RG3) and to be honest the team has pretty much sucked since the name change in 2020. I find it hard to identify that team with what they used to be even thought it technically is still the same franchise and I bet the fans feel the same. Obviously I have no say in the matter so I would just love to know how actual Native Americans feel about this
The video creator is calling certain uniforms "throwbacks" when the uniforms barely differ from the current uniforms. Shouldn't the Redskins be at Mt Rushmore level?

Lots of tribes filed complaints dude. Ever hear of the National Congress of American Indians? It's your own tribal leaders. 🙄
Redskin was never meant to honor Native Americans. It has ALWAYS been a derogatory word.
Who's talking about the Cleveland Indians? But again tribes filed complaints.
You tripping the colorush jerseys is fly
some are... white ones are usually clean, but don't tell me you think the jaguars all mustard uni's are fly
Holy crap! You could not have gotten this more wrong. The Broncos orange with the blue helmets should be #1. Atlanta belongs on Mt Rushmore as well. That black and red was sharp. I agree with Tampa and maybe the Oilers.
And A and B need some swap work.
I’m a pats fan so number 9 but the patriots now are such a shitty team now but not when Tom Brady, Gronk, and Julian Edelman played.
Which ones are you referring to?
Tennessee Titans throwback are from 1999. They are NOT the Oilers. Why tennessee get to have 2 teams? Is like if Ny Jets throwback the titans lol or Baltimore rockn the Browns, etc.
2:43 While I don’t have much of an opinion on those jerseys overall, pretty neutral on them. I do however really like the Arizona flag being on em. Considering Arizona may just have the best looking state flag imo… or top 3 at the very least.
Arizona's flag is definitely top 3. The Cardinals missed an opportunity to bring it back in some way in their most recent rebrand.
Imagine if the chiefs have to rebrand
The margin for error is so so small
It's not a racial slur. That's was the problem.
Don't see that happening. Especially with the recent SB wins.
Lol🤣, yeah, right, they are just like numerous other teams in that league that have had the same uniforms since the beginning of dirt.
The Jets 80s uniform is better than all of these.
You mean those Saskatchewan Roughriders unis?
@@RobElderton Nah I mean the kelly green retro 80s Jets uniforms and helmets. They're not on this video, look it up.
@@94champs the Keyshawn Johnson/ Wayne chrebet ones, they are alright
1994 49ers and Cowboys > The Rest
Definitely the winners of the 1994 throwback campaign, in which there were a LOT of misses
redskins jersey alone should be mt Rushmore tier simply cuz who cares about what allnthe sensitive liberals think
80’s saints>>>
All Black Falcons
Do you know the difference between maroon & burgundy as colors?
It's kinda like the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, there is technically a difference but everyone understands what I'm talking about and no one gives a shit.
@@RobElderton Let just say I'm not like most of everybody when it comes to details of colors & equipment.
@@SuperAV21 fans of the teams have that extra passion for the specifics, which I respect
@@RobElderton That's a fair point.
Patriots have to be A tier at least
Eagles baby!! 😅
Jfc are you color blind? The falcons throwback pants are SILVER not grey... Education is your friend. Also the so called throwbacks from Dallas is now considered they're color rush uniforms
NEEEERRRRRDDDD
@@RobEldertoncalling me a nerd? Im not the beta soy boy ranking throwbacks, LMFAO!🖕🖕🖕
I love when I strike a nerve
Ok so not that good of an idea?
Redskins
The fact that you blurred out the Redskins logo puts this video on my Mount Rushmore of the dumbest of all time.
That photo was blurred by Comedy Central, but stay angry dawg
The raider will NEVER wear those jerseys again
