0:46 - Although the wrong gauge for me as I'm n gauge, I do like the 0-4-0 yellow 'Sussex' mate. Great little loco & I particularly like it in that colour! 5:24 - I also like the n gauge class 66's. Both of those would look very good with those hopper wagons. 7:19 - Also love the '67' Colas Rail Freight loco in n gauge. Cheers for the update on n gauge guys!👍🚂🚃🚃🚃🚅🚄🚉😁👍
Was good to meet you guys at the GCR. Some very tempting products on the way (especially the D&E stock). Looks like I'll be starting another 'project' soon just to justify buying some of them.
@@HattonsModelRailways really I should be saying thank you for coming over to see me. A couple of your guys came over and visited our society demonstration stand a few times over the weekend. (DEMU, stand 48)
Not only do Dapol manufacture some top class models, they show up a lot of other manufacturers on price. I will be purchasing a rake of those hoppers to go with my 59.
I'm an 00 gauge preserved steam era modeller. OK, a BR Blue 08 shunter (like the preserved example on the SVR) and a stinky Class 37 diesel (like a few preserved ones) get in on my act. But mainly, my model era is about preserved steam engines. Among my models are three of the nine preserved Manor engines, 7812 Erlestoke Manor in lined BR Black, 7819 Hinton Manor in unlined Great Western Green, and my beloved 7822 Foxcote Manor in lined Brunswick Green. Erlestoke and Hinton Manor share the Severn Valley Railway with 7802 Bradley Manor. Foxcote Manor resides on the Llangollen Railway. Basically, I have a pristine collection of scrapped and preserved steam engines. But I could never show them off properly without letting Thomas the Tank Engine and Percy the Small Engine get a look-in. (From my Thomas Train Set & ebay, that is.) So maybe, in the next video, you could possibly review something for a modeller who might look to the era of preserved steam.
Hi Steve, the models shown in this video were earlier painted samples and had a few issues that need to be rectified. I can confirm the final models had the steps in the correct place: bit.ly/31VhG3M
I appreciate your efforts guys too! I look forward to OO/OH models, particularly Cambrian/GWR. Keep it up!!!
You guys make these videos enjoyable and interesting. Keep up the great work!
Glad to hear it Justin, thanks for watching!

Please keep the N gauge reviews coming guys , look forward to the next video guys
We certainly will Andrew!
Oh my goodness, that oo gauge jha wagon look so good!!!!!
It's certainly shaping up very nicely! We're excited to see how these will look with the upcoming 59 as well.
my favorite double x class
JHA Wagons certainly look promising. Will look really smart running behind their new 59 as well
We can't wait to see a rake of them behind a 59!

Thanks for the suggestion video, we'll certainly cover any new preserved steam locos that arrive in stock.
Why don't the major manufacturers offer locos, coaches and wagons the option of buying fitted with kadee couplings.
dapol ,class 50, now on sale, yet the sound version waiting for from dapol, when are they coming to Hattons?
Hi Anthony, we're expecting the sound fitted models to arrive by the end of December.
Is ir just me or do none of the steps on the class 66s line up with the cab doors? They can't be like that on the prototypes surely.

Class 59?
We need the Dapol class 59
@@vcs00railway i would say nov/dec sooner the better, cannot wait!
Too true, they look better than the Bachmann 66's rotating axial boxes I think
Hi Jerry, there hasn't been a new update on the 59 but we'll be sure to post about it when there is one.
Enjoyed the video but the volume was very low.
Thanks for the feedback, we'll keep an eye (or ear) on this for future videos.
What is the blue 0-6-0 in the background
Hi there, it's a Hattons SECR P-Class in Bluebell Railway livery.
Great N gauge stuff!! Can't wait. One question, how does someone get a hold of a Hatton's baseball cap? I'd love one to wear around here in the US!
Thanks for the suggestion, we've only got the one at present but if there's enough demand we could produce more.
Are these guys brothers?
They're not but they might as well be!
Why are model railway things so expensive
captive audience im afraid. that said, hatton's are cheaper than most.
