- The little Shetland stallions training is going well, in todays video Mike and I take them on an adventure over the cliffs to Bude before dropping down on to the beach for a good hoon about and a play in the sea....lets just say it went swimmingly and we all ended up smiling and soggy!
* Due to the fact they are Stallions for Insurance purposes they have to wear bits*

I think they'll sleep well tonight!! So cute their little legs going so quickly in the water. Soo brave and trusting. Sorry cameraman! Camerawork was great tho! Beautiful scemery, beautiful horses, delightful and loads of fun to watch!! Thanks a million Emma X
I hope when i get to heaven this will be one of the pastimes. What a awesome little team they did fabulous! I love Sheatlands so smart and versatile can be so sweet and really naughty. What a fun day absolutely beautiful.
What beautiful boys! And so well behaved never having been on the beach before! I loved every second if your video! I used to ride my horse along the beach and into the water. Not sure who loved it more, me or him! Thank you and stay well:-) Gove the boys a big hug from me!
Thank you so much!
Emma, those amazing, brave ponies ! They just plunged into what to my eyes seemed like a high tide wash, then endless water ... They completely trust you ... so beautiful to see ! Thanks for sharing.!
Super Sea Horses , soggy soaked cameraman. I loved to see Claud leaping the waves !
Looks like you guys were having so much fun and the Ponies sure were enjoying themselves in the water.
Will do their hooves wonders 🐴🐴 ,bet they loved that after they done it once and felt confident,❤️👏👏
Je suis absolument fan et j'adore l'idée de donner des prénoms aux poneys 👍
Victor et Claude 😍😂😂
WOW.....that was such a fun ride.....thank you for sharing with us ❤
It's really nice seeing Shetlands out doing what they were bred for instead of getting fat in a field after failing as kids ponies in many cases. My gran is from Caithness and they used them for getting wood and general pack type horses and small carts like this. You guys should've been in wetsuits lol.
I was holding my breath mind blowing on the cliffs and they loved the water💕💚😁❤😍💖💜💙💚👍
Looks like a ball so much fun 🤩. I love riding on the beach
What brave ponies! Fun!
Once again, fabulous! Brave, confident boys and such fun!! A little hairy??!🤠😮😍👏💕💕💕💕💕
Two of my favorite things- ponies and the ocean!
How fun was that! Boys seem to really love it. Thank you for all of your hard work to make these for us and I hope your cameraman dried off quickly. Love from Texas. (Finally thawing out Texas.)
Fearless wee buggers!
gosh that looks like so much fun! ponies look pretty proud of them selves xo
That was amazing! It looks like so much fun!
Such fun, fantastic. Good to hear you both laughing 😂
That looked like so much fun. Wish I were there.
This looks like so much fun!
Congratulations to your brave & courageous black beautiful stallions for their first time in ocean water......they looked very confident, and braved the ocean extremely well.
Sounds like you & Mike were thoroughly enjoying the ride. Love, Pamela
Awww love love love horses and also them in carriages
This looks like so much fun! ❤️
Beautiful ❤
Aww they were fearless boys.. bless.
Such troopers! good lads
Really joyful and uplifting, but all that salt water on the harness!
Such good ponios 💕💕
So fun watching Thank you and Take Care 👊👊
Y'all look like y'all are both having some fun riding in the buggy with y'alls horses they are so beautiful that does look like a lot of fun going through that water Y'all have some fun
Poor camera man and he was doing such a good job. Xx
That was quite a workout for those wonderful boys. I bet they slept well that night. All that tack is the opposite side of the liberty coin. Beautiful video although something about it made me uncomfortable. I’m not as convinced that the team was having as much fun as popular opinion indicates. Thank you for sharing, those are beautiful little guys.
Holy moly! Fantastic! 😂👏
Super fit ponies xxx
Wow 🤩
Such a nice set of harness to put it through all this!
Soo cool
Cool to watch. We drive with shetlands too. Through the forest but nothing compared to where you live.
Such awesome watching Emma, your a little nutty and I love it. People call me nutty too.
I'm going To do this today!
After that you'll all sleep well!
I bet they slept well after that.
🥰
So exhilarating!
Do you rinse the salt water off of them afterwards? And how do you prevent them from getting a chill in the cold weather? (Noticed you were wearing a coat & hat).
They’re ponies and quite hardy, I don’t think they’re clipped so they have their winter coats on, and they’re working hard. So they are warm enough!
Can you do a morning routine please also great video
Brilliant video. Bude isn’t too far from us. Is it accessible to carriage drivers all year round? Would love to take my pony pair there.
Firstttt
Good and nice boys! But 5.50 & 6.24 is'nt nice!! 😔
Poor boys....
Is that her boyfriend?
I think they had more fun than you guys did
Wet,mm?
That guy Mike shouldn't slap their backs with the reins... I hate seeing that.
This is too much for the first time. The ponies are obviously stressed and the one on the left is frightened. Shame!
Emma a knows her ponies well and always treats them with respect and care. They've been exposed to a lot of elements of this such as puddles prior. She always does these adventures with a plan having prepared them, they don't look stressed at all.
@@tamsin7460 Anyone can see the ponies' wide eyes, taut muscles, high heads, stiff gaits and hesitation. They are not allowed to slow or stop when they hesitate. Forcing an animal takes no skill. This is not respect and care.
Driving them a little hard I think .
I have Shetlands and they do need a breather.
"... an adventure over the cliffs".... ummmm? (envisions Pegasus wings on Shetland ponies)
